Worst managed restaurant I have ever seen. Lobby is closed, unless you have to pickup an online order. Staff is rude. Sometimes they are open, sometimes they are closed.

Combo KFC and Long John silver. Didn't have alot of food and locked doors behind us at 6:45. No help/staff. Food over fried. Couldn't tell diff between chicken and shrimp. Do not recommend.

Horrible place. Second time here was supposed to open at 11 and still not at 1120. They were inside and saw people standing outside and won’t even open the door and talk to someone she knew, but then closed it in our face so they lost quite a few patrons this morning !!

I don’t know where to begin. Somebody at KFC headquarters needs to put this place out of its misery. That it is open for business and displaying the KFC name is a stain on the reputation of brand.

Ordered a 12 piece chicken meal and hush puppies. They asked me to pull up front to wait for the hush puppies. They bring put the food we get back to the motel we was staying at and the hush puppies weren't put in the bag and the chicken was really greesy and rubbery. I called them and they said I can come back to get them and apologized I was heated to have to drive all the way back there.

I took my family in there tonight the server was rude acted like he didn’t want to be there. My daughter went up to get a drink the kid was talking to his friend on the phone. The bathroom was disgusting had some unknown red liquid on the wall no soap. Then once my food arrived 30 min later, the hush puppies were hard as rocks, and the fries were old. The chicken itself was not bad but the experience was enough to make me never go to another LJS ever again. Louisiana Kitchen from here on out

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The drive- thru is broken and it’s dirty.
I work close to the Lincoln Highway KfC in Lancaster so I go there now and then and every time I go the manager or lead assistant manager tells me the drive through is closed and you will have to come inside to order. Now if I had time I would but I’m on a 30 minute lunch break. This location use this excuse very often just to slow or stop customers it’s very obvious. However they do have time to stand outside to smoke and chat several times a shift smh. I will contact the corporate they definitely need a new team at this location for real. All the other restaurants in the area of KFC are busy with people but this KFC is empty. Just check it out the next time you’re in this area it’s a joke. This KFC management and team have to go they lack professionalism and decency.

Food was fresh and hot, however when dining in restrooms should be cleaner! Ladies appreciate hooks on doors to hang their purse and should NEVER be placed on a dirty floor!!! Thankfully I hung mines around my neck, smh!

They have joined with local charities to include their business in their fundraising books but then won’t take the coupons with their address on the coupon!! Terrible management and customer service. They should be ashamed to get the advertisement through non-profits then lie to them and their supporters!!
