I go there for the Long John Silver menu. You wait a short while for your food because everything is cooked after you order it. Every time I've been there the chicken, fish, and shrimp are perfectly done.

Went there to order a bucket of chicken which it was a 16pc with 4sides supposed to be 50 dollar which I thought it was high and my fries were hard my chicken was supposed to be half extra crispy and half original they gave me mostly all greasy original and just 3pc of extra crispy which it was not extra crispy it was extra oily bc they mix it with the greasy waiting for a heart attack original chicken my Cole slaw taste old and paste my Mac and cheese was watering my biscuits were stale and hard I'm so disappointed that I went here I wish princess sub was open they have the best chicken but I try giving KFC another chance never again 😢

Went through drive through and ordered a 4 piece meal..Then told them we needed a 2 piece meal..They in returned said they were out of chicken..How is a chicken place out of chicken? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Will never go there again..

We went to this location and the restaurant was closed during normal hours. There were no signs indicating closure. It was sad watching so many elderly and disabled people walk to the door for no reason

My Mom just showed up on 5/22 to put a family meal order in after we had an event with my nephew. The ladies working said they didn’t have any chicken and didn’t want to drop anymore? The cashier went and asked the manager and they discussed it in Spanish and decided it was too late. It was 6:45? Google says they are open until 8. Wildly bad.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The lady behind the counter seemed visibly unhappy, never smiled, and was quite unhelpful when I asked a few questions. Her grumpy attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of any business, and a little friendliness goes a long way—sadly, that was missing here.

Placed order and wasn't ready drive thru told me it would be 12 min and it was 30 min past the time due. Went to get the Tuesday deal they said only can get it online. Tried ordering online and wouldn't allow me to. The original chicken didn't have any flavors and didn't smell like it usually does. Very poor service.
