Ordered online because it’s easier and when I get there, then is when they proceed to tell me that they have “absolutely no chicken”…huh? A restaurant where the full menu is chicken and they don’t even have that? This is the second time in a row I’ve come here and they’re out of half or even the whole menu. Horrible establishment with rude employees that sound like they could care less to even be there. They shouldn’t even be open, period.

This place sucks ...25 minutes till order was done..chicken was very dry and coating was overdone....fries were very over done and tasted like cardboard...the lady at the window was very stupid and they all are lazy in there...gave me a pepsi not a diet pepsi then they forgot to put the fries in the box....never will I go there again. I will go to chicken filet across the street...very very good food over there and people are very nice and friendly..tourist go there not kfc ....

Horrible place to go. They constantly run out of chicken all the time, and their staff is rude and belligerent to their customers. Even some of the customers are rude, and it really makes you worry about your own safety even when you're just trying to get a nice meal.

Had to wait 35-40 mins for a 12 pc bucket. All employees in the kitchen were having a very loud conversation. Not sure why they were so behind with orders. Just a very unprofessional setting. What looked liked a manager came up front to help a customer who wanted salt packets, she was less than polite overall.
We have been here a few times and each time was a fiasco, bad service and wrong order. This time , which will be my last time was THE worst. The girl that took our order was not very polite and was very difficult to understand. We waited for 40 minutes along with everyone else. One customer had already been waiting for one hour. The whole restaurant was waiting and complaining because we all had waited a long time. I went to the counter and told them I wanted my money back and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. So we waited more like 10 minutes. We asked for it to go and they brought it to the table on a tray so I had to ask for a bag. I will NEVER go back! DO BETTER KFC!

Ordered over $50 worth of food. Sat down to wait, 32 minutes later, never received food or our drinks. My husband went to the counter and asked for a refund. Was told it was ready, he told the manager he just wanted his money back. She then proceeded to tell them to stop making our food (thought it was ready though), then walked away. Waited another 10 minutes while they continued to help other customers. Manager was telling the other employees to get the food for the drive thru because "customer has already been waiting mad long". Again asked the cashier for our refund, she turned and told the manager we were still waiting on our refund, manager told her that we had to wait because she was going to help the customers who wanted to eat there first. She said they were short handed which we completely understood and would have been okay with, if the manager would have handled things better.

My experience at this kfc was absolutely terrible. I went to order my food and they messed up my order terribly. I waited 27 minutes and the food was dry and cold if I could I would give this place 0 stars. I would not recommend this place if your driving by your better off going to Burger King.

Let me preface this review with telling you that I am from Buffalo NY but here in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.This KFC chicken was by far thicker and juicier. Would of given it 5 stars but the drive thru was very slow
The food was served quickly and the staff was friendly. I ordered the 12 piece nugget meal. For $13.99 at a fast food place, I thought it would be more filling. I was still hungry afterward and had to buy a sandwich. So, I ended up spending over $21. Its just a little high priced for a fast food

This was a nice place for a lunch break after morning shopping. The dinning area was clean, well lit and welcoming.Service was good, very attentive. Once she heard us speaking spanish, she quickly made the switch to communicate with us in the same language.Food was good, well done, crispy chicken sandwich and 3 piece chicken with fries. We were given extra plates for the meal being shared. The only downside, coleslaw it takes 24 hours to make.?♀️It was not crowded. Plenty of places to park.It's also located walking distance to outlet area. But most are vacant. It is a drive away for Tanger, Kohls, Target among others.Worth Exploring!

Stay away. Should have known when I was waiting in the drive through and the drive thru attendant eventually came over from the hooka shop next door. I ordered a 15 pc origin family meal. She stated she didn’t have enough original @4:30 pm to fill my order, would it be ok to mix it? I said sure. I got home. I received 4 pcs of original 2 thighs 2 drums. I am not sure how long the chicken was sitting around but the thighs are soaked in grease. The gravy is a solid mass and not pourable.The Mac and cheese is good. I feel like I wasted $53 or maybe $43. Mac and cheese was worth $10. Next time u tell someone u need to mix it let them know it mostly not be what they want. After reading the reviews, this place should just shut down. Don’t waste your $.
