We went just before closing we had several orders and everything came nice and hot, I didn't get the young man's name but he was extremely polite and patient

Got there at 7:03 pm and was told that the long john silvers side was closed for the day.

So this is the second time we've been to this location and didn't get any food! We are from the Philadelphia area and do not have any LJSs near us any longer so we decided to go here before we headed back home last September. There were only three guests in front of us when we walked in, but over half an hour later we still had one person in front of us who still needed to order and no one who had ordered received their food. The girl at the counter was very rude to everyone that she took an order from and pretty much stopped taking orders once she got to the guy in front of us so we left. Fast forward to today when we were back in the area and thought we would try again. Pulled into the drive thru since no one was there and the girl came on the speaker saying "What's your order?" in a very rude manner. I tried to order a Sea Share of chicken and Sea Share of fish but she told me that they "don't do that here." I asked if there was any way that I can order just chicken or just fish without any sides. She said that they "have what is on the menu outside" which had nothing with just chicken or fish. So once again, no good! I love LJSs food but I'm beginning to realize why so many of their locations are closing. Management and current ownership do not seem to be very interested in their customer service, cleanliness of restaurants, or loyalty to the brand. So sad and disappointing!

It is not open when it's said it was open when I came with my family

I brought a Long John Silver's gift card that was given to me and they wouldn't accept it. I don't understand if they serve Long John Silver's food and the gift card says Long John Silver's they should accept at any one of Long John Silver's irregardless if they are KFC/Long John Silver's. Apparently you have to have a KFC card to get Long John Silver's food and that's what they told me they use. The food was greasy. The only saving grace was the coleslaw and pepsi

I went at 7:38 and said they were closed but their website says until 10. This is the second time this has happened.

Me and a few family members visited there last weekend and we were just going in to get something to eat before we parted ways. As soon as we got in there, we realized that all the tables in the restaurant were covered in crumbs and the floor was slippery. I ordered a chicken basket and my chicken was so dry. I only gave 1 star because of the bad cleaning crew they had, the fries weren't too terrible. The service was fast, but the cleaning crew needs to be updated.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The employees are very rude and nasty to customers and have poor customer service skills. When I asked if they could give me a minute to read the menu, the lady screamed “WHAT!” very loud over the mic. Then they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. So I go inside to get the sauce, and the lady hands me 1 sauce, I asked if I can have more she was like 0.25. We spent over $50 on food at this restaurant and bought a lot of chicken tenders that required more than 2 packets of sauce. She acts like it’s coming out of her pocket or minimum wage paycheck.

They no longer serve the Long John Silver's menu. The rating may be unfair, but when you want a Fish & More, a bucket of KFC will not do.

This place needs to learn how to answer a phone when customer's call during business hours.

Overall a 1 star! The bathroom had bowel movement on the walls toilet and floor ? also i got 3 pieces of chicken from long johns and 2 were stuck together and completely raw. I just asked for my money back. The 1 worker was cussing and screaming and complaining wait til a manager gets there that shes fed up with everything kept throwing out the f word.(Not at me but to her coworkers so loud she could be heard in the lobby) just 1 very rude employee and a very sweet employee working. One could take notes from the other. Not a pleasant experience and no need to come back. Kfc/long johns you need to do better.

Drove all the way there because online they said they were open until 10, we got there at 8:15 and they tell us they're closed.

Drove over an hour to get here because I'm used to Long John Silver's in Western Pennsylvania and it has always been great there. We got here at 6:25 PM and wanted to go in to order. On the door it said, lobby open till 7 PM. One employee turned us around and told us that the lobby was closed and only drive thru was available. I asked for the manager and she told me drive thru only. Back to the car, waiting in line for them to bring out the food which took them half an hour. Never coming back here. Wish I could give them no star.
