Dinner and a show. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. “The Show” happens when you sit at Chef’s table and watch them team create one masterpiece after another. I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.
Delicious food, it’s so easy to wind up ordering more than you need because everything sounds (and tastes) so good! Service is outstanding, staff is so friendly and welcoming.
