Major unfortunate experience here today. I took my mom here for lunch and it was our first time there. We were only the second table in there so they weren’t busy. We each ordered a sandwich and my mom ordered soup. The soup came out cold- legit cold like refrigerated. So we asked about it, and they heated it up. Then while eating it my mom found plastic strands in it, two strikes for the soup. My French fries were probably sitting there awhile as they didn’t taste fresh and weren’t hot. Everything was wayy too salty. And the burger and sandwiches were just dry and lacking flavor. I was also turned off by the fact that I ordered the half lemonade half iced tea and it came in a plastic sealed carton(which is a plus) but the carton had absolutely no markings or labels or anything. It had a weird taste to it… I don’t know how old it was, or if it even was what I ordered. It was bizarre!!
Kid-friendliness: They had a high chair, and had crayons but had no paper to color on…

Food was good. Very stringent with ketchup. Ordered 3 orders of chicken toes, a burger and a big basket of fries- asked for ketchup and they gave four ketchup packets- so I asked for more and she gave me three more. Bring your own ketchup if you like it.

Fresh and delicious burgers! Excellent milkshakes! Cheesy bacon tots are amazing! This was my first time here and the above is what I ordered. A few things I learned though. While the burger is good, if you have a big appetite be sure to go for a double burger. Also, if it's your first time and you want to see ALL your burger and shake options DO NOT go for the burger/shake combo on the screen. Order these items separately. I'm not sure why but by ordering a burger and shake as a combo it doesn't show you all the possible options for each item. Order them apart and you have a more choices for your shake and more customization of your burger. Don't pass on those cheesy bacon tots!

Same great burgers, tots, and shakes as Max's downtown, but kiosk ordering. The dining room has a fun retro vibe with 2 big neon signs and a cute-as-anything retro frigidaire in the corner. Breakfast menu with waffles, burritos, egg plate....amazing tomato soup and grilled cheese. Laid back yummy for all!!!!!!

We ordered take out. Two burgers, a wedge salad, and one milkshake. Condiments, that we paid extra for and we’re really excited to try (Mary Sauce), were forgotten completely. The burgers were dry and quite salty. The milkshake was very bland and has a plastic like taste. The best of this meal was the wedge salad; it was crisp and dry. Getting a wet salad is the worst. We wanted to love this place as it was clean and nice inside, however, we recommend looking elsewhere for a good burger.

Clean modern place. We had a smash burger and a cheeseburger sub with onion rings and French fries. All very good. Would recommend for a quick meal. Seems good for families. Easy parking.

We have been here 3 times and every time the food is incredible. As a vegetarian, I can’t express how good their veggie patty melt is. It is unmatched by the vegetarian offerings at other places. I order it with tots every single time, and the tots stay crispy, even on the trip home. Their syrup for the chicken and waffles is also unbelievably good!Tonight we ordered, my husband picked it up, and brought it home. We realized we were missing 1 kids meal, chips for the other kids meal, and his syrup. We called, and they immediately offered to deliver the missing items to our house, even though we live a generous 15 minutes away. They delivered in about 20 minutes, and the driver was kind and apologetic. On top of our missing food, they included 2 bags of popcorn for the kids and a token for a free ice cream cone. I’m beyond impressed by their care and customer service. It was already one of our favorite places, and after their great service tonight, they remain at the top of our list!

They have been great for eating in but we ordered our first to-go order and were disappointed. We were missing tots on 2 smash burger salads and didn’t have any syrup with our chicken and waffle order. Even after calling in to have someone review our order for error there was no effort to fix the issue other than a literal, “our bad” apology.

Max&Go! Is great eat in or take out establishment. The menu has great choices for everyone. The inside decor and dining look smart, modern, and best of all clean to a fault! Great food served hot right off the grill. Excellent service, food and people. Stop by, you will be glad you did!
