Weak sauce. Do not use this location. I've never come thru this drive thru and received what I actually ordered. Entre is the wrong thing or wrong toppings or NO FRIES which is a real bummer. The team seems nice and chill, but that probably relates strongly to the first point. A shame that this is such a convenient location. The food is too expensive now to justify if they aren't even going to give you the food that you paid for.

Picked up mobile order at drive thru where the lady dropped an entire drink in my lap. Then once I opened my bag I found my order was missing items.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal on the app to eat inside. When I opened the burger there was no cheese. Brought it to the counter to ask for cheese, especially since it was .89 cents extra. The workers looked bothered, asked if I wanted a new burger, I did. They took the original burger, ten minutes later have me a cheese burger, however the guy who made it had just finished enjoying the trash. He definitely didn't wash his hands and had no gloves on. Good thing I'm not a germaphobe. Gross.

I went through the drive thru at 11:15. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a coke. I paid at the first window and the woman at the second window could t wait to ask me to pull around and they would bring my order out. I laughed and said, there is literally no one behind me. She said, it's what we have to do and closed the window. If they have silly, useless rules, so be it. But having a window closed in my face. Was a little brutal. I understand it's not Capital Grille, but a modicum of politeness should exist. By the way, I decided to stay in my spot to eat, since the roll was stale and in two pieces on the bottom of the burger. There were ZERO additional drive thru customers for the entire time I was in that spot. It's an odd policy, but I'm sure they e tested it. The window #2 lady could use some customer service training.
Parking: Half the spots exist for drive thru customers to 'pull around' and wait for their order. I would imagine at busier times, parking is an issue.
Worst McDonald's ever... Poor quality and atmosphere... it was full of noisy teenagers, and a couple of them were vaping. Management were shining by their absence and not even trying to keep a good and enjoyable atmosphere.
This place needs there franchise taken away, why do you have an online platform to help expedite ordering. If you are going to make the customers park, only to wait an additional 5-15 min. You are deceiving corporate into thinking that you are expediting the food in less than 2 min. And the service is awful.

We waited an unusual amount of time for a drive thru order, and they forgot the sauces. Idk about some people but I love my sauces. Smh very disappointing to get home and realize they were missing.
