Up charge for an iced tea and then it’s sour. Wow! That’s not good; I don’t leave reviews but felt compelled to at the idea of an up charge from a soda to iced tea.

This location used to be good. Then all of a sudden the quality took a big hit. Well I stopped going here for about a year. Tried it once again and that was my last time. The burger was chewy and nowhere near fresh. I ended up throwing it out. What a waste of $8 which is far too much to charge to begin with. I’ll be going back to Wendy’s instead when I need a quick meal.

Sat in the drive thru second window for 3 mins..drove around to get to other window due to no contact on the first window just to catch a nasty attitude about how busy they were.It takes 2 s3conds to say please HOLD were busy.Attitud3 with a customer should never be okay especially when there are policies on wait times.Just say sorry.

I waited a little while until I got to speak to a lady who was actually the manager on duty, and I simply asked if I could get any of the Pokemon happy meal boxes, as I am trying to collect all of the artworks. I asked for the Charizard artwork, and she said she didn’t have any, and then she showed me what they had, and they did indeed have a Charizard one. She gave it to me, and when I grabbed it, she forcefully took it back and said I can’t have it, when she handed it to me 10 seconds earlier. Asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager, and then her coworker as well as herself were laughing as I left. What a joke this place is.
While waiting 15 mins for our food we noticed the guy in the back that is handing all the burgers and nuggets take his beard net on and off multiple times and continuously touching his phone while making the food. Not once did he change his gloves. We asked for a refund because we were grossed out and the manager didn't even bat an eye that this was happening!

No egg on my breakfast sandwiches. Tried to give me a hi-c instead of my smoothie. Rude when I called to inform them of their mistake. Hung up and didn't even attempt to correct the mistakes. What a waste of money.

Went here to do a quick lunch pick up. Took my order and card for payment. Was told at the second window to pull into pick up spot for the rest of our food as we got our drinks. Shortly after, a member of the staff said food had been mixed up and that they were unsure of what we ordered. No answer for a solution. We we waited an additional ten minutes and still nothing. Had another member of the staff come and ask if we were looking for another order…explained again that we were waiting for our items. Husband is currently inside requesting to speak with a manager will never come to this location again.
