I would give 0 stars if there was such a thing. We came in as a family on this past Sunday night. The atmosphere was terrible. Kids yelling and cussing and the dining room was disgusting. Nothing was clean at all. No ice in soda machine. My spouse had to clean the table. The food was not good and tasted old and dried out. No napkins and there was throw up in the men's bathroom. Straws all over the floor and food thrown about. Not the same as it used to be. I understand they were busy but tolerating that in a dining room when other people were eating was terrible. The only good was the ice-cream. We will not be coming back here. There was no excuses for this. Maybe short of help .

Our order was made wrong. We drove home and had to drive back. The lady at the window tried to recharge us for the meal instead of just fixing the mistake but the kind manager Analies(hope I got her name correct. Sheâs very pretty you canât miss her) stepped in a corrected the entire order with out charging extra. That is great Manager skills and how things should be handled with an upset customer. Thank you đ

Probably the best location in Lancaster. Never had an issue with not getting my food correct. Staff in the morning are really friendly and usually get my coffee order right. Getting my coffee order right in the evening is usually a hit or miss. Overall, typically friendly employees, fast and food orders are correct.

Food is always hot and fresh here for me. The employees are very kind and professional. The atmosphere is fine with that of nearly any other mcdonalds in the nation right now. However, a little more cleanliness around the eating areas and bathrooms would be appreciated!

I walked into McDonaldâs trying to grab a frozen coffee, you know, a frappe. I asked the dude behind the counter if he could hook it up with light syrup because I donât like it too sweet. Simple request, right? Iâve had other employees do it for me before, no problem. But this guy! He starts acting like itâs rocket science. First, he tries to mess with the machine or whatever, then comes back like, âOh, itâs not giving me the option.â Bruh! If you canât figure it out, just say that. At that point, I was like, forget it, Iâm not buying it.
Then I was about to order a sausage egg McMuffin. Simple breakfast move, right? But this clown starts lying straight to my face. He says, âThereâs a deal on them, two for $6.â Iâm thinking, okay, but I only want ONE. So, I ask him how much for just one sandwich, and this dude tells me itâs $3. Thatâs when I catch him in the lie. How are you gonna hype up a âdealâ for two at $6 when theyâre already $3 each? Thatâs just math, bro! So I call him out, and instead of owning up, he basically says McDonaldâs tells him to hustle customers like thatâto make it sound like thereâs a deal when there ainât one.
At that point, Iâm done! I tell him to keep his sausage McMuffins and decide to settle for a double cheeseburger that was ACTUALLY on sale for 50 cents through the app deal. At least that deal was real. But seriously, McDonaldâs needs to quit playing with people like this.
