asked for 4 ranch cups on my $30 order, didn't get them in the bag and was told i had to pay the almost $2 for 4 ranch cups. Even the one manager seemed annoyed that i got charged but another manager named Megan told him to charge me. ridiculous. all the Mcdonald's ive been too and i've NEVER been charged $2 for ranch. a billion dollar corporation begging for change. ridiculous.

Asked to order extra big mac sauce on the side the person at the window had to get the manager who was extremely rude to me and said no he wouldn't sell it to me and that he doesn't sell sauce on the side while it is his shift and I'd have to wait for the next manager to come on and ask him!

They didn't display the breakfast menu even though it was breakfast
Always check your bag and Customed options before you leave. Every time I get a Daily Double with Bacon they forget the Bacon or somehow forget its Mayonnaise, Big Onions, Letters, 2 Tomatoes, 2 of the 10-1 meat, and one slice of cheese. And up making it like a Double Cheese Burger with Mayonnaise, Letters, and Tomatoes. Why when I ask for a BBQ sauce it's never in my bag? Y'all service people are always acting like me "The Customer" is an inconvenience to them doing what they are getting paid to do.

Growing up and going through any fast food drive thru there is a rule. Check your order before you leave the parking lot. Well on this day I did not do that. I was the ONLY one at the drive thru and I ordered a combo meal. Well almost home and I reached in to get a fry, and there were none. I had to turn around and go back and go inside to retrieve my fries. How can they screw that order up???? Well they did so they get 1 star on my review.
