For fast food for 2 adults and a 5yr old you might as well go to a restaurant where you can sit down. $40 some dollars and change is ridiculous. You also have to wait and park in another spot until they bring it out to you. Another reason this should not be considered fast food! SMH...

I went through the drive thru. The food was awful. It was a kids hamburger meal. It was stale, just awful. The fries were also cold. I use to love the kids hamburger meals when I wasn't very hungry. It always hit the spot, but this time, it just gave me this awful taste and feeling.

I put an online order to pick up at the counter, why the front door says it closes at 11pm but at 9:50 was already closed? Also they gave me the wrong order at the drive thru.

Waited 20 mins on my work lunch break for a a burger. When I got the burger had a beard hair legit on the top of the bun. Asked manager he gave me my money back and was mad that i brought it in and tried to keep my quiet. Grossest place ive ever been too. Added the photo of the burger, I am a blonde male with no beard :). Gonna be calling the health dept for this absolutely disgusting.

This place is just complete horrible and a disgrace. The food service is terrible they are forever taking long with peoples orders, never fails to get orders wrong and let me not forget about the people who work here are plain out disgusting and a disgrace. You see employees with piercings on their faces that shouldn’t be allowed any piercing can fall on to customers foods, I see employees fool around and on their phones, let’s not forget their attitudes is the complete worst . From the regular employees to the managers. All need to be fired and they need to bring in new people who are actually more than just decent. This place is a damn joke and everyone else in it is a joke. Don’t come to this McDonald’s. They don’t know how to do their jobs.

i actually hate this mcdonald’s location so much, foods always stale, soda always taste like somebody pre-drank it for me and spit it back in the cup.. if you’re already on columbia ave just drive up to the columbia location.. WAYYY better

Absolutely the worst experience and food I’ve ever had from a mcds. Started in the drive thru with someone who didn’t know how to take orders so I came inside to prevent a mishap. Nobody was pleasant the food had to be way past expiration fry’s were old and discolored with zero salt. Burger looked like it had ketchup exploded all over it. My chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and wasn’t . Threw the entire order in the trash. Never will I come back to this location.

Service is absolutely terrible..stand in line at the counter for 10-15 minutes before someone's comes to serve you. They will see you standing there and walk right past you without asking anything too busy being on the phones and talking about other stuff they do not seem to care. Drive through isn't any better they don't even have orders correct either. They will definitely give you someone else's food.
