Ordered on the mobile app for a curbside pick up, paid and everything sat there for 30 minutes as I watch the light goes out at 9pm and my food never showed up and they weren’t picking up the calls

i understand i ordered through door dash and i was your last order. but since you forgot one item instead of paying 2.99 i have to have over $6 for a freaking hamburger. like are you kidding me. i only got 3 and some back in credits bc that’s what the item is worth. but they account for delivery and tax fees. which is stupid because of YOUR mistake i must give you more money? that’s just dumb and outrageous. OH and they forgot my extra fries in my happy meal and not even apple slices making up for the missing fries. do better

I don't know how hard it is to get an order right everytime I've been here they either give me some else's order or miss things on my order, I don't know if its because they hire kids that don't know how to use their brains or if its because a lack of good management, but something needs to change, it's no wonder they keep losing business and have people hating on mcdonald's it because they don't know how to hire good employees/ management, and also thr management is very rude when you ask them a simple question

This morning, I went to get my usual frappe n sandwich , the food was good but the service was horrible . He didn’t greet me at all, no hi, no good morning , no nothing. Just a “can I help you?” But with an attitude. He didn’t even say thank you or welcome or anything . I felt like I was a bother to him… to find out , he’s a manager!!! How did he get the position with that attitude and rudeness ???

I GOT FOOD POISONING TWICE FROM HERE. Once from a burger then a couple months later from their breakfast. 🤮🤮 was not fun. Will never eat there again. Never had food poisoning in my life until I ate there.
