I went to the drive-through, and I felt extremely rushed to order a meal, wasn’t much traffic behind me and I also asked if they still serve breakfast, there was still eight or 10 minutes to spare until breakfast ends and they seemed rude about it. Rushing me to order is unprofessional. This specific McDonald’s needs to have better customer service with a kinder attitude, it doesn’t make me want to buy food there.

These kids that work here are mentally challenged and the management has lead them down this path. These kids can’t fill a simple order. I’ve had to return many times for these challenged kids to correct my orders. The management is to blame for hiring and training the less than qualified challenged employees.Kid-friendliness: The people that are hired here are unfortunately the representatives of this franchise.

It's McDonald's. Mediocre, overpriced food. If you are going to make me place my own order, make sure the kiosks have receipt paper. The 2 I used didn't. Typical level of service.

Tonight, the workers through drive through wanted to argue with me to tell me that there is no mighty kids meal. I ended up going down the street to get it elsewhere but mind you, this particular McDonald’s on Oregon pike is the one that told me about the mighty kids meal. I may have made a mistake today, “I don’t understand how this is so complicated” because I gave up on trying to get the mighty kids meal but then they continued adding a McDouble and then a double cheeseburger. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE!!?? haha. I don’t understand! They continued adding things to my order I didn’t say… Even when I ordered the first happy meal, they didn’t ask what to drink, about the fries, the sauce. Just, “that’s everything? That’s everything?” Like no, just stop! Unfortunately I know the questions because my kids love McDonald’s… What I also don’t understand why they’re arguing with me and why they’re telling me I’m wrong. I ended up leaving. I don’t have time arguing with someone. Regardless, I go here a lot for my two kids to get this meal and now I know that the second shift is not the time to go to this particular McDonald’s. First shift you’re amazing and you guys do awesome. So thank you to the first shift for knowing your customer service skills. Second shift… you all need to be retrained or fired. Have some class and respect. Oh, here’s a picture that YES YOU INDEED DO HAVE THE MIGHTY KIDS MEAL. I never saw it on the app. YOUR LOCATION is the one that recommended this meal to me for my kids!

Normally this McDonald’s is great. I go there almost every day. Today they got the one item I ordered wrong (it was correct on the receipt), and when I went in and said that I would like what I ordered, the manager didn’t look at the receipt and proceeded to give me another of the wrong item. As she gave me the incorrect item again, she had the audacity to tell me I was rude!!!!!Customer service is completely dependent on whomever is delivering the service! Again, the vast majority of people who work at this McDonald’s are friendly and kind. But I do agree with the previous poster about the older Hispanic manager. Extremely poor customer service, always casually chatting with coworkers, and rarely focusing on the job.

Ordered online on the mobile app and still waited over 25 minutes inside while waiting I've never heard a manager curse so much throughout her conversations to her employees. Soda machine didn't work making us wait even longer for them to fill our drinks in drive thru ,Then they forgot the nugget sauce they charged me for ..Bad experience

So, I went on the early evening of 12/3/2023. The two young men at the first window were AMAZING, wonderful and helpful. In fact, these two young men (probably the youngest workers there), are the most personable and knowledgeable people who work there. They are focused on the customer and any business would be lucky to have them.The rest of the staff that were there that specific time, especially the young females, were so incredibly rude, unkind, and should not be in a position of customer service.In addition to the attitude, our order was wrong. When asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge, they told me the issue was a new girl name Sara's fault.The entire situation was absurd, I feel bad for those fantastic two young boys that have to work with such incompetence .
