My husband received his meal with multiple mistakes. Lid off drink, spill all over, cold fries, no napkins, and little to no sauce on BigMac. Called Carol on receipt and was told to return with receipt and he could get a free meal. When he did, the Manager on duty 4/25 was rude, refused to give him anything and said Carol had no authorization to correct his complaint. This manager needs retrained in Customer Service. Extremely rude and Condescending!
