Started off with their system not working to accept my code for BOGO breakfast sandwich, restaurant wouldn't honor it even tho i could should the coupon via app. Then after getting my sandwich and frappe, I found a piece of plastic bag in my frappe and gagged on it as I was drinking my frappe. Thankfully I didn't swallow it. I will not be returning to this location for sometime as this is completely unacceptable in a food establishment.

So tired of the McDonalds app not working properly! Drive thru folks are great. It's not their fault the app doesn't work but I finally went to Wendy's to get more food at a lesser price.

This McDonald's has excellent food but they need more staff!! Eastport teenagers running around getting people's orders everywhere. It's unfortunate it's the only McDonald's in Lebanon PA . I FEEL BAD FOR THEM !! I WAITED 45MIN. FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS N STILL GOT ORDER WRONG:CAME HOME WITH ONLY1 BURRITO N CHARGED FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS!! ❤️LOVE MICKEY D'S!!!

Never in my life have I ever had the displeasure of dealing with such a disrespectful manager in my entire life.
A simple mistake was made by an employee in training. An order with a soda and water was mis-entered as just a water. When we received the water we were also told to pull up for our food as the fries were not ready. The drive thru employee was immediately offensive towards us when we asked about the other drink, the soda, and refused to offer any assistance. We asked for the manager and once again she was offensive and rude before we even explained the situation. It was settled on me now having to waste my time and physically go inside to pay for the soda that I already paid for, but whatever. I then informed her, the on-shift manager, I found it incredibly sad that she couldn't even take ownership for her employee's mistake. I mean honestly, it was just a soda. A $1.39 soda, I had to pay for twice. She then responded that If I needed to be disrespectful then she had no reason to even give me my food. So now, because I have the audacity to complain about her lack-of-managment, I no longer deserve the food I paid for?
But don't worry miss. Manager, I deeply appreciated the ABSOLUTE absurd amount of salt you added to my fries. I love eating salt packets.

This is the only time in my life I wish I could grant an establishment negative stars. As 1, is still far too much for this place.

I don't understand why McDonald's can't train their employees. If your going to have a bunch of teenagers working they need supervision. We came here today and just wanted 2 drink, one being a coke and the other being a water. They only charged us for one drink because the one last told us the water was supposed to be free. Then we drive up to the second window and only gave us the water. The manager couldn't even own up to her own employees mistake. Told us we had to get out of the car and come into the McDonald's. Then, when my fiance went in, they refused to give us our fries because she didn't appreciate us arguing with her.

Customer service is so hard to come by nowadays. Own up to your employees mistakes and make it right. It's not that hard to work at a McDonald's. There's no common decency anymore in the world.

It's getting real old with workers not having a personality. And why am I waiting time and time again for simple orders? I have to pull into a spot to wait for my order. Expensive food for a longer and longer wait time. Just came back and where am I? Waiting for a triple cheeseburger. I had to pull up and wait for a simple triple burger. Nothing changes.
