We stopped here, because it had a play land. Service and food were standard McDonald’s. Service was great. The lady taking our order was very patient with our grandchildren. The play area is not for younger children. It has one small area. Most of it is for older children.

This McDonald's location consistently has drive-through issues, in which they don't recognize that I'm there so I end up driving away with no order taken. This last happened this evening. There's 2 drive-through lanes at this location and my car was not recognized and I sat there as I watched three cars in the lane over get their orders taken. I won't be returning as this has happened multiple times!!

Stood in line for 20minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Finally a Trinity came over to take my order, during our interaction a older white manager screamed at her to take orders outside. I ordered my food and asked to speak to the manager a Spanish lady came over and immediately gave me attitude!!! She was so nasty and uncaring! She told me I misheard, but mind you the girl Trinity said it happens all the time when I asked if she was ok. The manager then refused my order and told me to have a nice day as she waved me away because I called her a liar! I dont expect much from staff because theyre usually younger but management..both of those woman should be ashamed of themselves!! They need fired ASAP!!!

This McDonald’s is terrible. I mean first reason is a given, no matter the time of day you go even if you order ahead on the app it’s slow service. I understand each employee has a different job code each day, but y’all should really learn to practice team work. The amount of employees that will walk past you and not acknowledge you or even ask if you’ve been helped while waiting at the front is sad. Came here on Wednesday with my kids as we haven’t been here in a while given the terrible service, I needed something and watched an employee text in the middle of the lobby. Like girl get back to work. But the line was drawn when Vicky came into the play area screaming at all the kids To get out with no explanation, and screamed at my autistic son specifically because he had his shoes on in the play area and embarrassed him, but didn’t yell at the many kids running around with no socks on which is a rule too. Vicky always seems super miserable and I don’t think people like that should be in customer service. Do better cause y’all really Suck.
