The new owners never should have caused Will, the best McDonald's manager in the state, to leave. They didn't realize what they had, apparently. The soul of the restaurant is gone. And so is my former 5 star review.

This is literally the worst McDonalds in the area. The customer service is the worst. They close way earlier than the time listed online. It says open until 11 online yet they’re closed up by 8 everyday?? Yea ok 11 my a**.Today their doors were locked at 5pm for no reason.
If you want the slowest McDonalds with most stale food, you go to Willow Street McDonald's. You're gonna wait forever, fight with cars in their drive through, and the food will be horrible. You're better off ripping grass from your neighbors front yard

It’s always a hit and miss busy or not busy we always have a issue with not getting the correct order from the entire sandwich covered in ketchup to ordering no pickles n getting extra pickles today we ordered a number 7 ( 2 burrito meal) and they gave us 1 and when we told the girl at the window she proceeded to tell us that the meal comes with just 1 we show her the reciept it clearly says 2 she takes the receipt with attitude hand us the other burrito with complete attitude no apology no nothing just attitude

Lost money going here. The app, google maps, everywhere said they were open- but the restaurant was completely closed, and they took my money in the app anyways. Worse, when I found this out and went to cancel the order, they said it was already being prepared, and then skipped to saying the order was finished so there's no way to refund it.

Kid sleeping on the job, two ladies running around like chickens with their head cut off. Waited approximately 10minutes before driving off. And they want higher wages???? I went to burger king and I don't even like Burger King, but atleast they had service, with a smile.
Good luck running this place, btw the sign saying "we don't tolerate the customers we piss off" ha... hahahahahahahahaha what a joke
