Justine Dennis McPhee and I recently worked together when I was purchasing a home in the Lancaster area. I had two previous bad experiences with real estate agents and definitely apprehensive. However I knew from the first conversation Justine and I had that everything was going to be fine this time around. Justine thoroughly knows the Lancaster area and housing market - thoroughly! She is able to provide excellent advice and insights on different areas to her clients based on their individual home specifications. Justine has been in the local real estate business long enough to know many agents and is always on top of new listings. A unique aspect of the services Justine provides is her ability to look at home showings with an "inspector" eye. Justine has attended so many home inspections in her long career, that she knows exactly what to look for and I was continually amazed how many details Justine was able to draw my attention to - many of which I would have missed entirely. I was always able to be completely honest with Justine and we never hesitated to share our opinions. Her steadfast comment to me was it did not matter if the home search took a day or a year, she wanted me to be absolutely certain and satisfied. This was especially comforting as the buyer housing market had changed considerably and much more competitive which could build anxiety. Justine was always encouraging, counseled patience, and expressed her certainty that my home was out there, we just had to find it - which we did. I felt Justine consistently went above her responsibilities by sharing her vast wealth of knowledge regarding all the many details of home buying. From homeowner insurance, title companies, wire transfers, settlement dates, inspections, home warranty insurance, and local contractors, I used Justine constantly as a valuable information resource. Justine knew the answer to everything, providing options to guide my decisions. I felt so completely taken care of by Justine and had total trust and faith in her ability to make sure I got the home I wanted. Justine would accept nothing less than my happiness and satisfaction. Justine has a very warm and caring personality that translates well into her chosen profession. She always returns phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. Justine exceeded my expectations on a regular basis. With her knowledge and vast experience, I can honestly say she has seen everything and there is nothing she does not know or can't find out. Customer service is of the utmost importance with Justine Dennis McPhee and I recommend her very highly. I will definitely be using her services again.

My favorite place for dessert. Great flavors with so many options for toppings. The store is always incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly.

Our realtor, Gina Meier with the Meier-McPhee Team, was AWESOME! They give you a concierge-level service. She made calls, helping me decide on a patio door to buy and have installed. Actually she ended up ordering and paying for it to make my life easier. She supplied young men to help with some heavy lifting and moving. The house went live online on a Friday afternoon and we had 33 offers in 3 days. We got together to go over them on the 4th day and by the 5th day we had an agreement to sell. It was absolutely the easiest process with Gina presenting the pros and cons of each offer. I would highly recommend Gina and her team to everyone!

Delicious, convenient frozen yogurt. Perfect stop after watching a movie at Reels Cinema or dinner at Luca Pizzeria or Honeygrow. Large variety of topping options, as well as 6+ flavors of yogurt. a family favorite!

Good yogurt

Employees are friendly and respectful but in terms of the yogurt it’s nothing special. The website lists all these flavors but in store they have like 8 flavors total. Also the main reason for the low rating is because the prices are absolutely ridiculous. My girlfriend and I each filled the cup maybe halfway full and got minimal toppings and it was $15. Absolutely insane not sure how this place will stay in business.

Gina made our fast move from Dallas to Lancaster a delight. We were in good hands from the start and she expedited so many of our requests. We consider her not only a realtor, but a friend and would encourage anyone who want someone who can discern the right vibe of neighborhood and house for you.

Yogurt was good, nice choice of flavors, staff was very friendly, it is very small on the inside and theres not much seating.

Cool little frozen yogurt shop in Lancaster. Much like other frozen yogurt shops. The ice cream had really good flavor and was super creamy. I thought the service was really good and it was very clean. It is on the smaller side and not a whole lot of seating, but would definitely come back again.
