Cool little frozen yogurt shop in Lancaster. Much like other frozen yogurt shops. The ice cream had really good flavor and was super creamy. I thought the service was really good and it was very clean. It is on the smaller side and not a whole lot of seating, but would definitely come back again.

This frozen yogurt shop with similar to many others except it seemed a little bit cleaner and I felt as if there were some different variety of toppings and flavors. The space is small, so it's great to take to go but the location is perfect! I'll definitely be back for a third time.

You know the setup:You walk in, grab a cup or a cone, or a waffle bowl, and go to the wall of ice cream flavors. You fill your cup up, top it with a dizzying array of confections , crunchies, sauces, or syrups, put it on a scale and walk out with your creation. It's a tale as old as time.....Menchies gets high marks for being 1) immaculately clean, and 2) surprisingly cheap. Trust me, I've dropped $20 on a bowl of froyo for a 4 year old, so I was very pleasantly shocked to see the total for our 3 bowls of icy goodness. The only real knock on Menchies is that it's SMALL. It was pretty hard to maneuver in there once a few more people came in. There was a situation with us on our visit that could have been handled DIFFERENTLY, but I won't dock them points for it: Me, The Misses and the little one each get our treats. I'm not sure if you've read any other my other reviews, but my daughter is an ICE. CREAM. FIEND. Like, there's likely an intervention coming at some point. She was vibrating, she was so excited for her ice cream. We make it, buy it, go outside and sit down, and she gets maybe two scoops in before, SPLAT. She's 4. She knocked her whole bowl on the ground, and her watching the M&M's roll away was like the captain of the Titanic watching survivors being pulled down with the wreckage. She was apoplectic. I quickly run inside to get her a replacement, and there was a kind older lady with her granddaughter, and she was almost as upset as my daughter. "OH MY GOD! THAT POOR BABY! That's such a shame....get another one...they'll give you another one!" No. No they won't. LOL I had to buy her $3 worth of chocolate froyo and M&Ms to stop the tears. Now, AGAIN, I don't ever EXPECT a business to be like, "nah man....we saw what happened, here....it's on the house," but it would have been a nice gesture. But, the two employees were young girls, so maybe it didn't cross their minds. It just would have been a nice gesture that would have earned them another star for superb customer service. One girl did offer a sticker though, so there's that. I'll never be in this area again, but if I ever were, I'd totally get me some Menchies. You should too.

Not a huge fan of Menchies. First of all this location is so tiny and so hard to move around. The prices of the fro yo are absolutely ridiculous. I just got yogurt and it was close to 8 dollars just for one. I can't imagine how much it would be with toppings and other syrups. Also when I went they were running low on yogurt. There's a guy that's always there and I think he's the owner. Never had a problem with him but the last 2 times I went he was always there. I think in general the prices are just way too high and not worth it but the yogurt is good. Stick to Sweet Frog if you want good frozen yogurt but at decent prices!

OMG the best place ever! There banana pudding frozen yogurt w/ the wafers and cheese cake toppings on it was EVERYTHING! Hubby had the Toasted Marshmallow yogurt he said it was great also.

A lot more toppings than other places I've been. Their original tart is delicious.

This was a smaller location then the ones I've been to before, however they were just as awesome. They had a variety of flavors to choose from and so many toppings that it was hard to choose! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed every bite of thier frozen yogurt. Also, good job to them at keeping everything so clean and having hand sanitizer and gloves for use to get your fro yo:) we will definitely be back!

Always good snack and good times with friends. Sometimes can feel a little cramped in there because it's not a very big store

Best froyo place I’ve been too in a very long time! Great selection of both froyo and toppings, great music playing, friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanest froyo place I’ve ever been in. Typically froyo places look like they’ve been combed over by sticky fingers but not here. I’d eat off the counters. Cannot recommend this place enough and it’s become my regular attempt at self care.

Weird older chubby guy who works here is very racist it’s very obvious! “Take it as that”my family’s never been treated the way we were buying yogurt here! Never coming back!!!

There was a strange flavor to several items that left a gross taste in my mouth. Not sure if it was the yogurt itself, the mangos, or something else. It almost had a mold taste. My kids and husband liked theirs ok. The prices are just a little shocking. $37 for 4 ice creams. I know inflation is bad but that seems more than extreme.

I went in and bought frozen yogurt for three kids, it was over $20. Expensive, but it was good and the kids had fun. I’m giving 1-star because the POS prompted me to give a tip. The whole gimmick of this place is you get your own yogurt and prepare it yourself. The worker literally just stands there while you do the work. The workers were friendly, but cashiers should just be paid a fair wage and not expected to receive tips. When I’m paying $20 for three ice creams, I expect you to pay your workers a fair wage. There is no service in this business model, there should be zero expectation for a tip. Give your workers a raise, and remove that tip button from your POS system.

Recently came in here with a very large group of people. My fiancé's family was in town and we decided to try this place out. Our group consisted of 3 kids, 2 teens and a few of us adults. The man working there ran everyone through the steps and flavors. At the end, one of the kids spilled their sprinkles. Thankfully the (owner/manager?) was kind about it. My fiancé and I greatly appreciated the customer service, we know big families in a small place can be very overwhelming. The place was very cute, very clean, and the frozen yogurt was very good!!

My family loves it there! Only frozen yogurt place we will go to in the area… place is always spotless, owner/staff are always helpful and welcoming, things are kept stocked, and great selection! Prices are so reasonable as well! Thanks!
