For a fast food place, MOD is quite nice. I'm thankful to have vegan options as they can be hard to come by sometimes. Unfortunate to see the negative reviews of poor customer service because I've thankfully never encountered that at this location. Occasionally, my work will order from here and it'll be 8-10 pizzas. Never an issue there either. I'd certainly recommend it for a quick lunch.

This used to be our favorite family restaurant. We love the build your own pizza and tonight they were loaded with toppings. However, one very rude employee soured the night. Even my teenage kids were afraid to speak to the employee. With customer service so spotty, we will go to the other local Mod instead of this one.

By far love this location at Belmont. The young guy that did my pizza was super personable and did not come off as rushed. A lot of places nowadays rush you and don't take the time for customer service. It's nice to feel appreciated in any business. Hats off to this location. I've never had issues here and quality is always on point. Plus they are really good at changing their gloves in between cheeses/ meats etc.

The pizza and salad were both very good but very expensive for what you get. The employees do not have any customer service skills and the place was not very clean looking. Every table was dirty when we got there and employees were standing around. Won't be back

Huge shoutout to Ryan! I accidentally ordered incorrectly and he immediately stepped in to help. Not only did he remake my order, but he did it with such a positive attitude that it honestly made my night. Customer service like this is rare. Ryan is fantastic!

The drinks were beautifully presented and tasted just as good as they looked.
This establishment obviously missed several crucial training points with their employees. Very slow with no sense of urgency. Very poor listening and comprehension skills. How can you mess up a pizza while I’m standing directly in front of you telling you how I want it. The building is also very dirty. I will not be upset if I never come back.
