Got a record here, Ti Amo by Phoenix, and it was completely scratched and warped. It's barely playable. Called an hour after buying and was told there's no returns. So now I'm stuck with a 20 dollar record that doesn't work. I'm assuming the employees don't check the records in any way for flaws. I recommend trying a different record store in Lancaster city. Don't waste your money here.

They sold me bushings for my skateboard. Very nice guy who was behind the counter. However all the package had were the bottoms of the bushings. It wasn't even a complete set. And I found a set at Zumies for cheaper than what they charged me for a half package. And on top of it all they don't accept returns. Poor service if you ask me. Now I'm out 7$.

U went in for a deck and staff was friendly and it was surprisingly cheap I def recommend shopping for skate stuff here.

When I first laid my eyes upon CI, I was admittedly a tad bit skeptical of the selection judging by the size of the store. However, upon walking into this fine establishment I was met with a variety of different records, apparel, and skate items to choose from. I was truly blown away, and not to mention the staff was also very nice and helpful. This was one of my favorite stores to stop into whilst taking a stroll around Lancaster city. Definitely worth checking checking out!

I ordered online from them back in late April. Order arrived and was missing one of the records. I have tried contacting them 5 times (basically once a week) since everything else came and have not received a response. The two items I got were great, just unfortunate that it’s so difficult to get in touch with them if something is wrong with an order.

Stopped in before a show at the Chameleon club to grab tickets for another show. This record store is tiny, however packed with some awesome things. From shirts to magnets to vinyls, this place has it all. The people working were super friendly. It's nice to also not be stared down while shopping. I could have spent hours here, however had to get in line for our show. We'll be back again.
