Mr Sticky's Homemade Sticky Buns

Yum! A little too much cinnamon for my taste but still good!

This is the 2nd time we ordered for pick-up. Pick-up was great and lady was awesome. However, we ordered 2 dozen sticky buns 12 with walnuts and 12 without. There was so much cinnamon on these you can hardly eat them. You literally choke on how much cinnamon is in these. You have to scrape off alot of the cinnamon to even eat it. Next time I will definitely say not alot of cinnamon next time. Shew....ugh.

Get the one with the nuts!

We stopped in to get some sticky and cinnamon buns. We were very disappointed. They buns were served to us cold and when we went up and asked about it we were told that you have to ask for them to be heated up when you order them. She didn’t offer to heat them for us. We asked for napkins and they didn’t have any. Customer service needs some improvement.

A must stop for anyone in Lancaster. I would consider this a hidden gem. If you are traveling to Lancaster and want a delicious sticky bun, skip every bakery except Mr. Sticky! They are huge, taste amazing and the price is actually very fair. I went to a Cinnabon in the mall the other day and paid $7 for a cinnamon bun! I instantly wished I went to Mr. Sticky.

6:30am open, arrived at 6:45am, and 1/2 a dozen walnut available or one sticky bun, that's it, they said they were busy making orders and there would be nothing else available. I said I would take the 1/2 dozen walnut and then decided it's one roll, I'll take that too. They would not let me – one or the other.

1) If you're that busy with pre-orders and you are not able to produce enough to be open for more than 15-minutes, change your system/process and only take pre-orders for holidays. It would be a much better experience for people. At the very least when you know you will not have anything available for walk-ins, update your online hours to closed so people know not to make the drive.

2) I think I get the intent; "save something for the next customer who didn't pre-order". But, let me break it to you, from someone who drove 30-minutes in the snow, to be able to buy a single roll will not make a person happy. And by only allowing me to buy one or the other, well, you certainly didn't make me happy.

Hopefully this doesn't fall on deaf ears. You have a good product, just need to have a better operating system in place to give all your customers a good experience.

They are open until 3pm, showed up at 1230 and they were already closed for the day because they were out of stock. Terrible planning on their part. Drove 20 minutes to get there.

We bought 6 cinnamon buns and while they were good the customer service was atrocious. When we walked up to the window it took a good 5 minutes before anyone came to the window, the older lady working opens the window takes our order, we were in the middle of a sentence talking to her and she shuts the window. While waiting we realized a sign saying to pre order in advance so after a few minutes she opens the window to hand me the food and I apologized for not pre ordering we looked on the website prior because we know they sell well for the holidays but since were 3 weeks away from Christmas I thought we would be alright. The lady said very rude she is not taking orders over a dozen due to being short staffed and then closes the window….. Needless to say very disappointed had high praise from others so maybe next year will try again but overall very disappointed

The window person was a blast. She was joking and the people behind doing the baking were chiming in on the joking. The experience was a needed break from the everyday humdrum.

I loved Mr. Sticky's! The sticky buns are a delightful treat—warm, gooey, and bursting with flavor. The staff is super friendly, and the quality of sticky buns are wonderful. I grabbed by box that were warm and fresh. Can’t wait to go back for more! Highly recommend!
