It’s very rare I find something on a food truck but to my surprise Nano had vegan options. Vegan sliders were 10/10 , nano sauce is amazing too !
Vegetarian options: I am vegan and they even showed me the separate grill they used . i loved that they are considerate of the cross contamination.
