Fresh warm cookies during a shopping spree, why not? Pricey but delicious. Employees have not been friendly during my visits. They have some good selections and it always smells amazing.

"Take Ownership of your Actions and their Outcome" is one of my company's Essentials. Means when you make a mistake just make it right. Another of ours is Do What is Fair and Right, Always" pretty self explanatory. Our Boss ordered cookies for Employee appreciation day and you guys didnt provide the correct number of cookie, wouldn't make it right because it was Door Dash, and then the cookies were bland and stale. Our Boss ties hard to show the love with her team and uses many local businesses to accomplish that. Sadly her and all of our Team wont be speaking highly of this place or Door Dash anytime soon.

I had ordered 20 cookies for an event. They called and told me they were out of a certain kind. No big deal. I just needed 20 cookies. Send whatever you have. I don’t really care about the flavor. Now mind you , this is a $70.00 plus order of cookies. Cookies come and there 15 cookies! I call them back and the lady says I told you I only had 15 cookies. Lie! I have 20 people attending this event. Why would I settle for 15 cookies. We ended up having to cut these already small cookie cups in two. They were also stale. The icing was the only thing good about this entire order. Poor service , with no apology. Stay clear.
My family loves their cookies, and their coffee is really good as well.

I love fresh baked cookies! Located predominantly at shopping malls, Nestle Toll House Cafe is a great place for a quick snack offering a good variety of fresh baked cookies, cookie cakes, hot coffee, cold coffee drinks, frozen mochas, Icees, and Coke fountain drinks. The cookies are slightly on the pricier side, but they taste great if you have a sweet tooth like me. While shopping at Park City Center, I took a snack break at the Nestle Toll House Cafe counter on the lower food court level of the mall. I got the Cookie Combo #1, which was 2 Cookies & Regular Soft Drink ($4.49). The service was very prompt. The 2 Cookies I chose, Chocolate Chip with Walnuts and Peanut Butter were both soft & moist in texture and very sweet, yummy! The Diet Coke with ice in a clear plastic cup was carbonated well. A good sweet snack for just under $5!
