Ridiculously overpriced for bland, mediocre food/drinks and small portions. They serve regular coffee when you ask for decaf. My coffee was so scalding hot once it burnt my tongue. Twice my latte was luke warm - there was a time I even stopped back home to microwave it. My sandwich came with chips that were obviously the end of the bag - small pieces in a little pile dumped on my plate. At their prices, you’d expect the best, but sadly they fail in multiple ways. This is across multiple locations. I gave them plenty of chances and will not be back.

new holland coffee co. is my favorite café in lancaster. i usually get the blt, and not only do u get a sandwich filled with fresh vegetables and a perfect amount of bacon, but you also get chips and a PICKLE with it. my friend got a mexican rice bowl with me today and the portion was huge for just 12 dollars. they also have lots of pastries including macaroons, pre-bottled drinks, and seasonal drinks. the service is always friendly. it's always clean, and they have free cups of water. and their smoothies are SO GOOD don't get me started. there's plenty of places to sit and it's so comfy. overall it's probably the best café in lancaster.

THIS PLACE NOT FOR SENIORS - TOO MUCH COMPUTER-TYPE ORDERING ETC. I HAD TO 'PICK-UP' FOOD INSIDE AND THEN CARRY OUTSIDE TO MY TABLE. AT 82 YRS OLD NOT G-O-O-D AT ALL. AND THEN I WAS ASKED FOR A TIP EVEN BEFORE I EXPERIENCED ANYTHING FOOD OR SERVICE

This little place in downtown Lancaster is fantastic. I ordered a turkey, egg, tomato, feta, and spinach breakfast sandwich and was surprised—in the best way—at its quality. Generous portions, good prices, and an atmosphere equally conducive to outings with friends, book reading, and remote work. 10/10 recommend

The coffee & food are amazing, along with the most kind girls at the New Holland shop.
Ahh, I like a good dark roast with nothing in it and these guys delivered!! Best coffee I've had in Lancaster yet. I also had the Expresso Chocolate Chip Scone and it was not too sweet, but just right. Great compliment to the iced black coffee!!
Seating is comfortable, there's good A/C and staff are responsive. Great choice for an afternoon study time. They also have WIFI, and indoor/outdoor seating.

First time getting bad coffee at this place. Like the brown water they make in the coffee pot in the break room of the elementary school where I use to teach. When you pay that much for a basic cup of Joe, i want to taste it. Classy joint, terrible coffee

Coffee and food are great but I came to the Lancaster location yesterday ordered a hot Carmel macchiato and waited 25 for a coffee. Came in today and ordered 2 breakfast toasts an iced latte and 2 hot Carmel macchiatos the food came out 20 min and we haven’t even gotten the coffees yet. Food was amazing and coffee is good but waiting 40 min for 3 coffees is a bit much. The staff is very polite and friendly but Location Need more staff to cut down wait times

What a great place! Indoor and outdoor seating. Seasonal menu, we tried the blueberry chai. Could have used a little more blueberry flavor, but was delicious all the same. The mozzarella ciabatta was perfect, crunchy outside, soft inside with one of the best pestos I've ever had. The rice bowls were loaded with amazing colors and flavors, so many peanuts, yum! And the strawberry cream muffin a perfect sweet treat to finish the meal. It was busy, but the staff were super efficient and personable. Fabulous!

Stopped in one morning while working. I was looking for a quick coffee stop to energize my day. It's a cute shop. Nice atmosphere overall except for the less than excited staff. The person taking my order just seemed annoyed that we were there. I really enjoy my coffee but the customer service is a priority to me. I needed to use the restroom but I skipped that, since you need a code I did not want to ask. They were less than enthusiastic about taking my order so I am sure the bathroom code would have been a mistake to ask for. I have found a place closer to work with excellent service

I love this place. It’s right downtown, and lucky for me, near my office. Their drip coffee is my favorite option in town, their scones are dangerously scrumptious, and the roasted corn salad I had today was delicious.
Service is always friendly and prompt, the vibe works for a slow weekend morning or a work lunch meeting.
I recommend it to everyone.
