Would not recommend for anyone who has a food sensitivity or in our case, a food allergy. Attempted to buy breakfast for our kids, but the employees had no idea what was in their baked goods (eg nuts). I understand they probably don’t bake in house, but also, in 2024 is it really okay to not either know the allergens in your food or have access to that information?

Food- Creamy chicken wrap was great. Grilled, large portion, served with yummy pickle and chips. Spinach inside, i think it would have been better not cooked or else it gives a slimy taste. Apple Cheese Danish toasted is a must! Ask for a fork if they have one.
Drinks- London Fog is definitely the reason why it's a favorite. Cafe au lait, it's supposed to be dripped coffee but taste was undefined. I would use a strong bold coffee like Cafe du monte.
Service- Very sweet, knowledgeable, organized, and highly attentive. Water pitcher needed refilling but understood based on amount of customers.
Atmosphere is very inviting with decor. I didn't quite love the long hightop in the middle. A huge family sat their and for some reason it made me think they were more superior... also I can hear all of the family issues, maybe because it echoes. Idk.. I thought it was just me but then I noticed everyone who sat by themselves quickly left as their conversation got louder.
Overall, do come for affordable food and drinks. Sit by the window to soak in the sun and watch bypassers. It did remind me of London.

We did not eat here, just came in for coffee. We both ordered hot mocha caramel latte and they were superb! The gal was very friendly and you know you are at a great place when they ask if you want your caramel mixed in or drizzled on top. I love that! That’s not Dunkin Donuts!! The atmosphere was so pretty and cool! The fireplace is such a special touch. So nicely decorated! Will be back! The food looked great!

Absolutely amazing scones.. I will say my caramel latte was only Luke warm and couldn't really taste the caramel.. my friend said the same about his hazelnut one.. but everything else was great. Best scones around.
This cramped hallway of a space was loud, the employees were super fake, and the coffee was so bad I couldn't even stomach the first 3 sips. 0/10 was not an option, but as a traveler I regret coming here upon arrival to Lancaster. It has me wanting to go back to Hoboken immediately!

This used to be my favorite place, but lately I have been pretty disappointed with the service. The past two times they've made me late to my job, even when I call ahead to order. There is no sense of urgency to be quick when making coffee - I used to work at Copper Cup and it makes me cringe watching some of them make the coffee because my old team could've made 5 coffees in the time it takes them to make 1! Today, June 12th, I was in there and this poor girl at the register was swamped with like 6 orders and there were 2 girls just fooling around in the back. Everyone around me was irritated too because they had places to be and the girls acted like they didn't care. The place and food is great just please restaff!!!
