We really like this place. First found them in the mid-west and was surprised to find them this far east.

Placed my order 5:40 PM. The app said it was ready at 5:52, I came here and they made me wait another 20min.

So I decided to try this place after passing it by many times and wondering how good it was. Felt the price was higher then it needed to be for what we received. Staff was friendly and place is very clean. It's a place to try to say you tried it
Update: forgot I had tried eating here and tried it again by mistake lol. Still clean, still friendly, price was more reasonable but food took 20+ minutes and showed up to the table cold. First visit gave a forgettable impression, second visit became a negative one. Will not be returning.
The food here is tasty and there are a fair amount of menu selections. I didn't think the value for the portion was quite right. You're spending over $10 for a regular size, but then add $3 on top of it for a fountain drink. This adds up pretty fast if you're buying for a family of five. We've tried it twice. It's okay.

Had never been to a noodles company before… Decided to stop on in. The sign on the front door said that due to staffing shortages they were ONLY taking mobile to go orders… sorry, but if your main priority when you have a sit down restaurant is the only cater to people who aren’t actually there, then you get a one star and we will never try to go to a noodles and Company again. When you have a staffing shortage, the people that you should take into consideration first or the customers that actually show up to eat at your restaurant. Not someone sitting on their phone from their home deciding what they wanna do for dinner.

Had to wait half an hour for my order that I placed in the store while door dash orders were being filled. Terrible service.

I’ve given Noodles & Company more chances than I probably should’ve. This is now the fourth time I’ve ordered from this location through DoorDash and they’ve gotten my order wrong again.
This time, I specifically asked for the Bulgogi Mac & Cheese with no green onions. Simple enough, right? Yet once again, they added them anyway. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when I’m paying extra for convenience and expecting the order to be right.
I hate leaving poor reviews, but at this point it feels like they just don’t care about reading order notes or double-checking anything before it goes out.
I’m seriously rethinking ever DoorDashing from this place again. Consistency matters, and unfortunately, this location just doesn’t have it.

The price is kind of steep for what you get. It's food that's all prepped ahead and frozen and then reheated.
Restaurantji Recommends
Really good food, a bit pricey, could use bigger portions.
Had the garlic shrimp scampi with broccoli instead of artichokes. Food was prepared well. Next time I will ask for extra garlic and more lemon.
Decent fast casual noodle joint. Nothing extraordinary, but consistent.
Always delicious noodles and mac n cheese ,i highly recommend the BBQ pork mac.
Edit 11/23/24 I'm not gonna blame the staff but more the scheduling. I have an hr lunch on Saturdays that I work and my entire lunch hr was spent waiting for food that was sitting on the counter i had to rush to eat aftsr getting back to work just to make sure i didnf get back to late. More than three people need to be on staff on a Saturday. For that I drop noodles n co from 5 to 4 stars.

This was my first & last time I will ever eat there. For a restaurant specializing in pasta my noodles were undercooked, not al dente, undercooked. The parmesan chicken was a glorified fried chicken patty. The sauce was very salty. My broccoli was hard & cold (like out of the refrigerator cold). AND AS AN ADDED BONUS, I FOUND A HAIR IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL.
