I was very surprised with a recent meal at Noodles and Company. The Mac & Cheese and Korean BBQ Meatballs were very good. The service was excellent. The kitchen staff was really moving quickly. I am anxious to return and try a few more items.

The restaurant is always clean, service is prompt and courteous and the food is always hot, flavorful and tasty.One thing, I remember a Tip Jar, now I am able to only give a tip through my debit/credit card. That I do not like!

Just as good as it was pre Covid the only difference now is they don’t give you a plate you just get plastic dishes and they charge more.

I came in to get some take out and two employees just kept walking back and forth..no one greeted me, or said please give us one second....nothing I stood there for a good 7 minutes waiting to have my order taken then two employees came to the cashier and kept pushing buttons and talking...again never greeted me at all. The chicken in my tortellini was burnt in the dish was beyond salty. They forgot my Caesar dressing on my Caesar salad. The penne pasta was good, however.

Food and portions are an "ok" and we have been here a few times. The reason for the one star is that we had received some very bad news right before entering this establishment and I was visibly upset. This is not a full service establishment, yet one of the young women repeatedly kept coming over to our table to interrupt our meal and to ask us if we needed anything. It wasn't to see if I was ok. I kept telling her we did not need anything and she kept coming over. It was excessive. On our way out, we caught her and another young woman who worked there staring at us and whispering and giggling. This wasn't paranoia. It really stunk and was super immature. I wrote to the manager who basically took their side saying something to the tune of, are you sure she wasn't being helpful? She wasn't. It was clear. We won't be back.

Stopped for some noodles here. Was in the area for work and we needed some food. Decided to give this a go. I had the pad Thai and my friend had the Buffalo Mac and cheese. Portions were just right and everything tasted good. Service was quick and friendly.

This is an awesome Noodles & Co. The food is always hot and ready to go when I order in store pickup from the app and they always have rice crispy treats in stock which is awesome bc they are so delicious.
