Horrible. If I could give the service negative stars I would. I placed an online order and then got an email saying they had not approved the order, so I tried to call them and they didn’t answer. Went to the drive through, and there was one person in front of me. It took half an hour to get my order. They didn’t even speak to me at all until I had been sitting there for 15 minutes, then I told them I placed an order and they asked me what I had ordered. Gave no info on whether they had received the order or were working on it at all yet. 15 minutes later they opened the window and shoved the food to me, no apologies or explanation. Go to a different location if you want a good experience.

We went here because we were staying at the comfort inn next door and wow I wish we would’ve gone before the last day! Best smoothie bowl I’ve had! I hope we get one near me. It was so yummy. Next time I’m in time for Sight and sound, I’m coming here for sure!! I ordered ahead and picked it up in the drive through. Super easy. I also tried the matcha lemonade, not a bunch of matcha but it was yummy as well and she made it look so pretty!

I ordered the signature oola bowl about 2 hours ago thru the drive thru. I was quoted $1.10 more than what was listed on the menu and price board at the ordering station. I questioned this and was told that prices increased but they hadn't changed the board yet. I said I didn't think this was right but I still had to pay the new rate. The oola bowl was good but very disappointed in menu board and prices not being accurate.

Good, hardy bowls. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because my bowl was supposed to have peanut butter and didn’t. But, it was still really good.

The bowl that I got tasted like it was sitting in a freezer for a week. The Nutella layer was 1 solid piece, the strawberries tastes freezer burned and the granola was rock hard. I did eat most of it anyway but I will not be ordering from there again

They made a small error on my daughters bowl, they didn’t hesitate to correct it and were super nice about it. Wish I had caught her name but this is how customer service should be. Keep up the good work!!

The Açaí bowls were delicious, but the service could be better, like could we get some spoons, that’s it, just spoons. Remember this area has a lot of out of town visitors and we may not have a spoon in hand, please provide utensils to your customers, thank you.

The service was absolutely amazing, the staff was so kind! My build my own bowl was delicious; The dragonfruit base was so cold it was the perfect consistency! My sister loved her smoothie and we decided to get the Nutella balls; we are now both OBSESSED! They also have chalk out front which was fun after our food.
