We were greeted at the door and the host held the door for us. We were quickly seated and welcomed. Our server, Julio, was one of the best we ever had. He seemed genuinely excited and happy to serve us. He deserves a raise. The manager came to our table to check on us and she was also absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend this outback!

Sunday night after a long weekend of running around, we decided to hit an oldie but goodie, Outback. The food was good. The kidslike the salads and burgers. Our server Karon was awesome. He was attentive, knowledgeable and his service was off the charts.Kid-friendliness: Aussie mates menu is decent value for the portions.

Outback in Lancaster, Pennsylvania! A Big Yay! I have to admit this is the only Outback that I have ever been to but I would make an educated guess that this location is one of their finest outlets.First off, The Staff - special acknowledgement of Chris, Kyle, Julio, Rebekah and Karen W. They're all excellent and go out of their way to make your dining experience wonderful. They will check on you often to see if there's anything you need.The food - simply delicious and a very good value. For instance, let's say you order the Outback Burger with fries for 12.99. If you order a quarter pounder with cheese and large fries at McDonald's you will pay almost the same amount and have nowhere near the same quality. The Outback Burger with fries is perfect. Cocanut Shrimp is delicious and the Wedge Salad is over the top!Highly recommend
Shane at the bar is incredible. I have a ridiculous food allergy and something came out with that food as a garnish. I mentioned it to him and NO QUESTIONS ASKED he had them make me a new one and supervised them making it. It wasn’t his mistake, yet he took responsibility and fixed it!
