This Chang's location always has issues of some sort. This visit was okay, but we felt rushed and my daughter's noodles were undercooked. They remade them, of course, but it was still frustrating. We've been Chang's customers for many years and this location is convenient but has no atmosphere. Bathrooms are not very tidy and frequently out of paper towels. Over the years, Chang's has removed at least four of our favorite dishes. However, their coconut pineapple ice cream is amazing.

The food was delicious, as usual. However, they really need to do something to improve their takeout process. Because I was driving, I called (shortly before the dinner rush) instead of using the online option to place my order. On my first attempt, no one bothered to answer the phone despite my letting it ring long enough for me to arrive at the restaurant. I then placed my 2nd call from their parking lot. That time, someone did answer the phone and offered to transfer me to the takeout team. His transfer also went unanswered and the call was bounced through the phone system until I was returned to the initial person who answered. This individual might be the only one working who understands the concept of Customer Service and he deserves a 5-star rating for going above and beyond! He had actually offered to go to the takeout team in person and find someone to receive my order. I didn't want to interrupt his own position as host and asked him to direct me to the takeout location so I could place my order. By this time, the kitchen had become even busier, which further delayed my order from being filled. This incident was the 2nd time I have used P.F. Chang's takeout service and my experience both times was identical. I excused the first since it was during COVID, but there is no excuse for the second. Perhaps management should decide whether or not they actually value their takeout business and, if so, add adequate staff to support the additional volume it generates.

I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s several times and it’s always a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. The lettuce wraps are a must try fresh, light and full of flavor. I also really enjoy the Mongolian beef and dynamite shrimp. Every dish is delicious and beautifully plated. The cocktails are fun and unique, and if you have room for dessert, the Great Wall of Chocolate is a showstopper. The staff is great about answering questions and adjusting dishes to fit any dietary needs. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a dinner with friends, P.F. Chang’s always delivers a satisfying meal with great vibes. Definitely one of my go-to spots.

Stopped by for lunch. We waited a few minutes before we were greeted, but were seated right away once we were. Service was ok, nothing special. The hot and sour soup was not nearly as good it had been on previous visits. It was all sour, no hot (spice), very thin in conistency and just didn't taste good. The Kung Pao Beef was excellent though. After eating I visited the men's room and it was disgusting, toilets were stained and there were puddles of water on the floor. There were no paper towels in the dispenser however there were some on the counter. If I had seen this before we sat down I would have just left. I used to like it here, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. I get the impression they don't care about their customers.

Food was awesome, prices were decent, and relatively quick turnaround from ordering to on the table. For being slow and having workers sitting around it seemed a little funny. Then all the waitresses were just chilling in a corner while we waited for our a bill and payment for 10-15 minutes...

Terrible food, the worst I’ve ever had!! The duck sauce smelled & tasted like it was made with kerosene! One bite & I felt sick! One of our dishes had no sauce, it was just fried chicken pieces with a little bit of veggies. The other dish at least had sauce on it, but wasn’t good either! We had a wonderful meal in Utah at a PF Chang’s, but I would strongly suggest you stay away from the Lancaster one. Our last 3 meals at this one were progressively worse with this last one being terrible! To add insult to injury it was over $50 for 2 meals with no drinks! I gave it 1 star because the employees were very nice & helpful.
We came here to celebrate my cousin’s birthday — a group of 11 of us — and while waiting for our table, we went to grab drinks at the bar. Unfortunately, one of the bartenders we encountered had a seriously bad attitude. So much so that we decided we didn’t even want to order from him.
But here’s where everything turned around: Owen, the manager, immediately stepped in. He personally came to our table, listened to what happened, and made sure we were completely taken care of. He even made our drinks himself — and not just made them, but made them perfectly. His energy, attention to detail, and genuine care flipped the night around for us.
Our server (Kaela — you’re amazing!) was just as incredible. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything kept flowing smoothly for such a big party.
Thanks to Owen and Kaela, we completely forgot about that one bad experience and had an unforgettable dinner, great food, and amazing hospitality.
