July 2025 The restaurant is very open and laid out nicely, so I like that improvement over older Panera locations. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a coffee, and both items were very good, but they really need to have more than one person making food early on a Sunday morning. Other than the wait, I really enjoyed my visit while passing through.

First time at a Panera, and I was very happy. Went for a meeting, arrived early, got a breakfast sandwich. Food and service were fantastic. After my meeting, grabbed a sandwich to share for lunch at home. Different staff, but same great service. Food was excellent.

We picked up some breakfast sandwiches for our Home Church gathering. Everyone, including the children, enjoyed them. We ordered when we got to the restaurant. The service was very quick that morning. I would do this again.

Prices are getting ridiculous - $8 for a bowl of onion soup that's not even that big. Table wasn't wiped off and crumbs were all over the floor. Besides that, the atmosphere is nice, with a cozy feel and much better layout than the newer Panera's. Still, it's a rip-off for meals.

Manager on duty was extremely rude. I ended up getting food poisoning from eating there. Don't eat there unless you want food poisoning. Worse place, food, experience ever.

Food was amazing, had the walnut chicken salad that’s fantastic and the chipotle chicken avocado is amazing! Place is a bit worn out, no fast service, hardly anyone upfront.

I went down for swim meets at the local college 2 out of 3 weeks. Had to drive an hour and a half to get my son to Lancaster for 6:15 and was extremely grateful this Panera was open at 6:00
I think I drank more iced coffee than I ever have in my life!

Dashers dont go here during lunch or dinner rushes. They are understaffed and in over their head. I had to ask for my order twice and I wasn’t given the drink and then had to fill it myself and the “iced” tea was hot and the customer gave me a bad rating. The girl working at expo is busting her butt off and it’s not her fault. It’s just not a good environment for dashers.

I love Panera so much my comfort food and place has been panera since I was a kid, all their stuff is just so good and the atmosphere is always amazing. Its also nice to get good food but it also be pretty healthy. Like I dont feel like Im just eating trash here like I normally do at other fast food places. This specific one is pretty good, lots of different seating options and pretty calm and quiet. I will say if you need to use the restroom, its a bit hidden all the way in the back, but thats not something to complain about, just something to keep in mind when looking for it.
Nice location. It was very clean and felt very cozy on the cold rainy day I was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful as the food was great.

Egg ham and cheese sandwich was like glorified hospital food! The egg was preformed, ham was so strong of fake smoke flavor that it overtook the taste of the cheese. This used to be the best egg sandwich around, so I was hugely disappointed. They've ruined a very good thing. Closing the door to this place.
