What happened to Panera bread? I stopped there at the Fruitville Pike location on a Wednesday night. I ordered a salad and soup combo. I have to say that I was really disappointed with what I got. The salad was only half full and the soup was mostly broth. It definitely wasn't a meal that was worth what I paid for it. When Panera first opened I was always impressed with their food it was made well and they gave you plenty of it. But since then it has gone downhill. The quality of the food is just not good anymore!

This place went so downhill so quick. I’ve been here every weekend for months and I’ve seen the slow decline. All these new seasonal workers need to wake tf up it doesn’t take 15 minutes to toast a damn bagel.

I ordered the Pick 2 with turkey chili and the toasted chicken frontega sandwich with chips and a kitchen sink cookie. Their food is always delicious!
What a great place, food came quickly and was very good. Sitting in front of the fireplace was very nice. The only thing was they were busy and the dirty dishes were piling

I just wanted 2 chocolate croissants because my girlfriend loves them and I wanted my parents to try one so I ordered on the app. Sadly I did not check the bag until I got home because while the receipt says 2 chocolate croissants they just gave me 2 regular croissants and a random cookie. I called over and over and nobody answered.

Sunday mornng, 9:30 AM, hardly any bagels, wife ordered a breakfast sandwich and it apparently sat on the counter awaiting pickup as the buzzer was not punched in as well as several others eating in. Had to wait for service at the register to order despite two employees walking past without as much as a “we’ll be with you shortly” acknowledgment. Food was good as always. Something has changed. According to an employee -bad manager
