Ordered Sunday dinner for four at the cost of $78.00! The order was 15 minutes late from the promised time to start. Two Frontego chicken sandwiches one customized, one chicken bacon ranch sandwich, a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a Fuji Apple Chicken salad. The custom Frontego chicken sandwich had the extra sauce as requested but only two small pieces of chicken and no basil. The other sandwich had basically not aioli sauce forgot the tomato and no basil but it did have some chicken in it. The chicken noodle soup was 3/4 full in the container with two pieces of chicken and seven noodles the rest was just broth! The Fuji Apple salad must have gotten all of the chicken because it was overloaded. Not much lettuce but lots of chicken. I did call the store and was refunded for the one sandwich since there was no chicken on it but it wasn’t until we started eating we noticed all the other issues. The associate I spoke with was apologetic but that did change the fact the food was soooo disappointing! We won’t be coming back I can’t afford to throw $78.00 out the window l’ll order a pizza at a local shop next time we order takeout. So totally disappointing!

Most disappointing dinner from paneras I think we have ever had. To start our order said ready at 6pm, it was not out till 6:15 with no apology. We had ordered 4 items, and 2 of the items were a fontega chicken sandwiches that were customized. Neither of them were right, the one was even missing chicken all we got was sauce and cheese and 2 little skimps of chicken as pictured below. As for the second sandwich it had chicken, but forgot the tomato’s, basal, salt and pepper, looking very sad. Neither sandwich had any resemblance to the picture on the website. Now for the third sandwich that was surprisingly correct, however the “soup” was 90% broth. Now for the one and only correct entre was the Fuji apple chicken salad which I think got all of our other missing chicken! This is what $80 gets you at Panera’s rockvale store. We called the store and we did get refunded for the one sandwich and the associate was very apologetic and helpful refunding us for the sandwich. We will not be back as this is not the first time we have been scandaled at this location.

The new restaurant offers more space compared to the old one. However I miss the coziness of the old restaurant. At least the food is still excellent.

I ordered the Pick 2, with a half sandwich and cup of soup. Both were very good, though my soup was lukewarm.
My reason for the 3 stars is the music was very loud and it was cold inside the restaurant.

Had lunch with my wife. Panera food is consistently good and a good value. They have a wide selection for varied tastes.
Like the new location.

If i could leave a 0 start i would. Waited in like over 20 minutes for us to pull up and them give us someone else order and not giving us a refund when we got no food. The staff sucks.
Very nice interior and food!

Almost no meat on the sandwich and the eggs were extremely thin. Pretty much all bread.
