Disappointed in today’s visit. Ordered a salad, was told that they didn’t have romaine lettuce. Ordered a Sierra Turkey sandwich. After paying for it and waiting, was told they did not have the bread for the sandwich. Just got a bowl of soup. Flatware was dirty.

The second time we have come here and they were “sold out” of baguettes both times. Staff at the front not friendly either. I love Panera and I’m disappointed this is the closest one to me :(

The food is very delicious, if you don't drink caffeine be careful because some drinks have it.If you plan to work here and take online meetings... I don't recommend it, there is music and a lot of noise.

I’m 78 years old. I use a cane. When I needed to use the restroom, the hallway leading to the bathrooms was blocked. I waited for 5 minutes with another person, thinking that both restrooms were being serviced. Eventually asked an employee who said that the restrooms were closed due to flooding and not available. Restrooms were available at Petsmart next door. A notice should have been posted at the entrance. Walking next door to Pet Smart, while leaving a hot meal on my table was not attractive. Had I known the situation, I would have gone elsewhere to start with. Restaurant should post a notice at the entrance.

Decent Panera. Food was good and exactly what you'd expect. Ordering through the app leaves a little to be desired as it told us to pick up our food at the Rapid shelf. After waiting for 12 minutes after the time stated in the app, I went and asked the food prep counter, and our meal was ready back there, likely the whole time we waited. That's a bummer, even though I'm sure it was to keep our soups warm or something that's totally positive for the food. Also, the staff I interacted with was very friendly and pleasant, so zero ill will there. Would get food here again, but I'll go to the counter before waiting too long next time.

Staff is very nice, even when dealing with difficult customers. Always get orders right & I’ve seen some staff go that extra mile for some customers to make a connection. Food is always warm even when picking up. Probably the most efficient Panera I’ve been too! The manager on duty, Brandon, was an absolute delight!!! Excellent customer service! He totally brightened my day and I watched him make everyone who walked in smile and feel welcome. All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, food came out so quickly & portions were bigger than I expected. All around a really great experience :) One more shoutout for Brandon cause he was seriously awesome. Give this man a raise!!!

I asked for the Sierra turkey, they asked if they could put it in the cheese bagels if they were out of the normal bread, I said ok. I should have said no because it was disgusting and I threw most of it away.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff took my order (Bonnie and Kristen) at the Covered Bridge road location in Lancaster. I do not know the names of the people preparing the food, but they were super efficient. They were very both times I was at the restaurant, yet my food was prepared quickly and was delicious! ?

I can't believe how bad Panera food has gotten. Haven't been to a Panera in 5 years but going to this location today I won't be back to one any time soon. It was expensive and bland. The grilled cheese wasn't even grilled and the bread just like warm. My group got a variety of soup and we each felt like they came microwaved in a bag (which I am pretty sure they do). The salads we got were ok and so we're the bbq chicken sandwich but not worth the price.
