The food was cold and tough. It was really hard to fathom how it cost $31.00 and tasted that bad. The delivery driver was a sweetheart. But the pizza was horrible. I’m from New York, domino’s here Terrible, papa John’s ten times worse and my husband and I got sick from little Caesar’s. You know it’s bad if you wish you had Digiorno instead. My wallet hurts.

I understand being new and not understanding how your systems work yet, but to look at me like I’m speaking gibberish is crazy work. I had to place my order 5 times. The first two times the lady had no clue what I was talking about when I said the type of pizza I wanted. I mean, it’s a basic crust 99% of pizza shops have and I saw it on their website I was willing to show… but anyways she retrieved this guy that had a personality of a wet napkin. I told him my order two more times… the size, the crust, the quantities , the toppings… TWICE… again I understand it was kinda loud in there because of the machines.. nobodies fault with that I understand! But then we got the total. It was $20 some dollars.. now when I looked at prices online it came out to like 50ish dollars, so I questioned it and I was like $20 for two pizzas? (Hey maybe I was getting a deal idk ) and he’s like Oh, so you wanted TWO? And I was like… yeah? (I literally said it atleast four times idk) and then he mumbled under his breath, “oh jeSUS chRIST” now I’m not the strict catholic woman I once was, however that was uncalled for. This is literally your job. If you hate your job FIND A NEW ONE??? Idk??? Don’t make it MY problem that you hate your job my guy. Anyway, asked how long it’ll take because we were gonna hit up a couple other stores in the shopping center to kill time. He mumbled again, sorry, what did you say? The attitude when he repeated himself made me wanna just cancel my order and get a refund. However, it was a special day and Papa John’s was requested. I thought the pizza was kinda subpar but everyone else enjoyed it so that’s all that matters in the end anyway… won’t be coming back to this specific papa John’s when it’s requested again. This was my first impression of you btw-

Worst place to order pizza very unprofessional customer service sucks and they do not care about you or your food it’s all about money there you take it or leave it who wants to do business with this kind of company I hope they close them down for good to many complaints on this shop and the workers there CLOSE THEM DOWN! I wish I could post the video of this lady shaking my soda and messing with my food while walking to my doorstep caught it all on my camera and reported her to corporate she gets what she deserves if she gets fired and as for the manager he needs to do better next time before he’s next don’t trust them with your food order elsewhere it’s not worth your health or kids getting sick off careless workers

I ordered the garlic cheese crust stuffed pizza with BBQ sauce. They put a overload of BBQ sauce which completely ruined the pizza. I hope they reap what they sow for wasting my last $25 😫

We ordered 2 large pizzas and got 10 garlic sauces with the order and we got 2 out of 10. Ordered from doordash. We called and said we did not get the sauces we payed extra for. They said its doordashs fault. Mind you it said on the box that we got 10 garlic sauces. So we went to this location which we ordered from and they refused to give us what we ordered. After arguing and one manager/employee raising their voice, I even offered to pay again for the sauces that we did not get the first time. The employees and manager(s) are extremely rude and petty. Not to mention that they can hardly function at a fast food chain. Its ridiculous. The manager even asked one of the employees to give us the sauces we ordered and he still refused to give us the sauce. Seems crazy all over some sauces but they took it to a level where it was not needed. Eventually we got the sauces for free after the manager came back out and told this kid to give us what she told him to. He was just really rude and unprofessional. Should be fired.
