Amazing doughnuts! I'd say my favorite flavors are the Strawberry shortcake, cookies and cream, and the coconut. They look more like croissants but have a doughnut consistency. I arrived around 3 PM and most of the items were gone but they can make anything to order on site, which was a relief since I drove far away. These doughnuts are on the pricey side, but you would get a slight discount if you order 12+. These are extremely caloric, and could easily be split among two people though they are light enough to eat one all by yourself. I left these in the fridge and were still good the next day.

I ordered to go, but wouldn't have mind sitting inside as well. Everything is so well themed.

I’m not much of a doughnut person but my husband wanted to stop. When you walk in you are welcomed by a bright, open parlor with tiled floors, glass cases with many flavors, and friendly staff. There are a lot of options to pick from. They even have coffee. In the back, there’s a window to watch them make the doughnuts. Offering vegan and gluten free options, it has something for everyone. The only down side was I wished they had just a plan option with nothing on top. A great vibe, good flavor, would recommend. Might need to come back for lunch to experience the savory options.

Enjoyed family time. Mgr personally made me a cheesecake donut and it was phenomenal!! Will be back with the family and grandkids!!

I didn’t know that gourmet doughnuts were a thing until I tried Parlor. The selection of doughnuts is great, and all of them look delicious (and all I’ve tried are!) The Turtle flavor should be someone’s first one to try. Boujee doughnuts are not something I thought I’d know about, but I’m glad I do!

purchased the breakfast tacos and I ate one a noticed a beard hair in my food 🤮 I bring it in to show them and not only did they not apologize but they looked at me and said “what am I looking at?” as if he couldn’t see the hair in my food as I was showing him. They asked if I wanted it remade with an attitude but I said no because at this point I’m disgusted and he looked at me like what do you want, so I just said since I ate one I’ll take half my money back. They gave me half of my money back and sent me on my way but to me that’s the worst customer service ever I just found hair in my food and you are not sorry and instead of giving me a full refund you give me half. This is a business I will never support again. I also will be calling the health department since it didn’t seem like they take hair in food seriously…. there might be other things they don’t take seriously.

Customer service was bad. We came in and they were going to close in an hour. So they said they couldn’t make a dozen donuts, only 6 or less. So ok, I understood that. However, three more customers come after us and they told them they can also make 6 or less donuts for each of their order. So I could have gotten 12 however they just didn’t want to make it. I’m not from around here so it sucks that I couldn’t try some more because they didn’t want to make a dozen. On top of that they said about a 10 minute wait. It was about 30 minutes

Cute place and the food was ok. But dont think you're coming in for a quick bite or drink. It's a Saturday and three children were working with no sense of urgency. We had to wait 5 mins just to place our order because the girl out front had to make someone's drinks and no one else came out to help. Then we waited 20 mins for a simple sandwich and acai bowl when there were zero other customers or orders to fill. We watched the kid wait more than 10 mins before he even started to make our food, all while the donut lady was donutting and the front counter girl was putzing. Lack of management and direction made for a very bad experience.

We visit Lancaster every year and never had the chance to stop by. I finally had the opportunity this year and my goodness the donuts did not disappoint! Johna and Emmet were truly both awesome with their great customer service! I can’t wait to comeback again next year! It would be my wish to see them both again next year! ☺️

Doughnuts pass the eye test. They were not as good as expected when I ate them. Had gone in for a coffee and breakfast tacos. They were serving no food because they were busy doing a large donut order. Weird timing As it was a Saturday morning.

Came in, ordered food. Waited 20 minutes (with my 5 year old) before finally asking where my food was…they never started it because they “didn’t realize they had an order”. Got a refund instead of waiting who knows how much longer. Won’t be back after that.
