Great restaurant
This place was great! Food was fun, flavorful and fresh! The server was super respectful of our tables food allergies. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back again!
My family of 4 was there for brunch on Memorial Day weekend from Philadelphia. The service was great. Love the atmosphere/ decor. All the dishes we had ordered were wonderful. The steak was delicious. My youngest is a picky eater and she also enjoyed the food. Highly recommend visiting. Hopefully we will be back to try their dinner menu.
Incredible. From the peas to the people, Passerine is the quality of fine dining, but with a grounded practicality and without the pretentiousness. Everything we ate was a festive and creative interpretation of familiar ingredients (e.g PEAS!, CABBAGE!).
My party especially loved the bucatini, so much so we ordered two. We also loved the branzino, including even its EYEBALLS.
Thank you Ally, Westin and Chef for a perfect evening!
When I have to ask for salt/pepper, not a good sign. Our entrees did not have much taste.

Incredible from start to finish. The ambiance, the wine menu (the bubbly Greek orange wine was stunning), friendly and knowledge service. And the food- the presentation, delicate balances and inventive ingredients wowed us during each course. What a gem!

Highly rated but definitely for the more adventurous diner. The emphasis on the unique flavor pairings didn’t quite work for me unfortunately. “A” for effort though.

I don’t know what’s worse, the food or the service. It took an hour to get simple food. The bread tasted as if it was 5 days old and potentially not safe to even eat. To get waiter’s attention was literally impossible. Save your money and yourself and don’t come here.

I was looking forward to creative food that takes advantage of the seasonal bounty of Lancaster County, but our dinner was uninspired and oversalted. It took at least a half hour after our drinks and apps for the main course to come out. The dining room was very loud and the one bathroom was filthy and out of soap. Overall a disappointing experience considering Passerine's inclusion on the NYT 50 best list.

We have wanted to check out this restaurant for a long time and finally got a night out away from the baby to have a date night. This place has had stellar reviews so we were super excited. The host was super friendly and sat us for our reservation right away. We decided to order a dirty martini and a slightly dirty martini. We received our drinks and they were horrible. I’m not sure the waitress knew what they were because she kept asking what was in them. We decided to order drinks off their menu instead. It took almost a half hour to get the new drinks but they were really good! Then to the food. We got the potatoes as a starter and they were ok. Just roasted potatoes but it was strange because some of them were ice cold and some were hot which was confusing. We ordered the duck and mushroom pasta for our mains. Which took almost another 45 mins to come out. At this point it was over an hour and 15 mins before we got our food. The duck was small but was cooked perfectly and was sitting on this pile of red and white sauce. I thought the sauces were a little conflicting and there was a lot of sauce for the amount of duck. It came with this three bite salad with a dressing that I think was the same as one of the sauces on the duck. For $47 I thought it would have maybe some veggie or something with it. My dish was the mushroom pasta and it was probably one of the worst things I have ever ordered at a restaurant. Some of the noodles were al dente and some were overcooked and sticking together. There was no sauce but more like water or a soup. It was almost like they just cooked the mushrooms and soup in water and put it in the bowl. It didn’t have any flavor at all, no seasoning and I think it was supposed to have a cured egg yolk but that was not on the plate either. I couldn’t eat it. The server was really nice and asked if I wanted anything else but I figured by the time the food came it would be too late and we had to get home for the babysitter. They did remove it from the bill for us and I appreciated how they handled the situation. It ended up being $110 for two really good drinks, some weird potatoes and a duck dish. Unfortunately we will not be back :/ we had high hopes for this place.

My dear friend introduced me to this restaurant and I’m planning on making a monthly pilgrimage.
I think the word elevated is used too often for a lot of places. It is, however, the word I would use to describe this brilliant establishment. The foothold between elevated and fine dining. The absolutely innovative menu and the creative mind used to craft, what I was fortunate to consume, will not be forgotten any time soon.
To those looking to enjoy a wonderful meal and to stretch their palette beyond what is normally offered to the public, please put this place on your list. Between master level cocktails and lovely wine selection there is something sure to please anyone who walks through the door.
I adore food. Cooking and consuming. This place absolutely delighted all my senses.

A true gem in the city. The wine list and curated cocktails are the best in town, and the seasonal menu is so excellently crafted. Not to mention the service is 10/10 and extremely efficient, kind, and professional. The atmosphere also feels high end but still warm, cozy, and inspiring. My new favorite spot for a glass of orange wine.

Google really should allow you to leave half stars. If they would, I would give food and service 4.5 stars. Waiter was good, but drinks were a little slow, about 20 minutes after ordering and we got our cheese tray before our drinks. Not a big deal, but let's face it, when you're spending $240 on a meal for 2, you expect a certain level of service and quality. Cheese tray was OK, maybe a 7 out of 10. Proofs cheese tray is much better. 2 little piles of cheese with some biscuits and jelly. Not really worth $20 imo. We both got the citrus salad which we both thought was just OK. Cocktails were well made and presented. The stand outs for us were the entrees and dessert. Wifey got the PAPPARDELLE PASTA which she loved and I got the duck breast which blew my face off. For dessert we shared blackberry Tirimisu which was a 9.5. We both rate our entrees as 9.5. We saw the NYT article and can't really understand how it's one of the best 50 restaurants in the country, but it's probably one of our favorites in Lancaster. If you have $240 in your pocket and want to go to a nice restaurant, don't be afraid to try paserine.
