TERRIBLE!!! So after my previous order was incorrect I called and explained the issue . They advised me that they would replace my order no charge the next time I place an order . Fast forward days later I called in for a delivery order and gave my information and also explained the previous situation. She then put a manager on the phone … again explaining my previous situation. He said ok I see I see …. And hung up on me ! I called back and asked if they got my order in because of the abrupt hang up … he assured me he did and the delivery would be on the way . Over an hour passes by . Mind you I do not live too far from the location. I call back .. the lady answered and giggles at my concern of my order not yet arriving to my location. I ask “ is it because it was a compensation order “ she replies with a giggle “ yes” I said wow this is ridiculous. She said I’ll send the driver out now . I said “ now “ after an hour and 15 minutes your just now sending the driver out ….! Fast forward again another 40 minutes my order arrives … check out the photo I inserted on what they gave me SMH I will not eat it …it smells and looks disgusting and I do not trust it . I will never order from here again . I’ve been a valuable costumer for years and to be treated this way is very disappointing! This is not the first time I’ve been mistreated by them … I just never posted a review hoping for a better outcome. But enough is enough !

I love pats. The is service is always good.The food is always great. We’ve have tried the pizza, subs, sandwiches but tonight i tried the tortellini for the first time and once again they did not disappoint.. it was delicious! The price even better. The dessert courtesy of the manager was the cherry on top! Thank you
You guys are trash every time I order you screw it up every time I would like to know why there's no excuse I gave you guys multiple chances and you still screw it up making a simple order and somebody got to go get the manager like for what you guys are going out of business soon I guarantee you that unless you change the people that work there I try ordering from you guys a lot you but since you like to screw my order up every time you lost multiple customers because of your unprofessional work place it's sad if you can't take a simple order

Horrible service. I placed a 230+ order for delivery and it was never delivered. Nobody contacted me. I had to drive there to learn they were closed. They charged my card but yet couldn’t let me know they weren’t fulfilling the order. We place about 15 catering orders a year there and will never be back. Horrible customer service.

The food has been great every time we order. So far we’ve tried the pizza, some pastas, and stromboli. Everything delicious! Also highly recommend their homemade cookies for a nice treat after your meal. So good!

The food was great. There were 2 pizza shops next to each other. Glad we chose Pats. Customer service was excellent. The prices were a little high but worth it.

I can't recommend Pat's highly enough. We live right across the street from Antonio's, but I will never go there again because they cheated me of over sixty dollars when I had them cater my daughter's eighth birthday party. From now on, my catering needs are going to Pat's.
