Pepper Theo Cafe and Events

My husband and I just recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at Pepper Theo Cafe & Events. From the start, we met with Joe to get more information about the venue, and it did not take us long to decide this was the perfect spot for our small wedding. We were lucky enough to have an outside option, and if it rained there were no worries, because the inside was beautiful too.

We used Cracked Pepper Catering, and all the food was delicious, especially the mac and cheese! We were able to have a smores bar with a campfire, and brought our own yard games for cocktail hour. Speaking of cocktail hour, Karen the bartender was a huge hit, and my husband and me along with our guests loved her! Would definitely recommend this venue!

The place was the perfect setting for my friends 50th birthday. We all loved the ambiance.

If you’re looking for a unique gathering spot and need help with planning, this is your place. Let Joe be your planner or come with your own thoughts. Either way, rest assured it will be an event. We had our special needs daughter’s 50th birthday here and were blown away with the guidance Joe gave us, the communication, and not to mention, the 5⭐️ rating for the food. We loved Pepper Theo!

If you are looking for a venue for a special occasion, look no further. I dealt with Chris & Jason and they did not miss a single detail. Every guest commented on how great the food was and how nicely the venue was set up. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfectly taken care of. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend to anyone I know. Thanks again for a beautiful atmosphere, great food and great service!!

Had a simply amazing meal from their Valentine's Day menu. Every course was stunning. Always soooo delicious and special!!!!

We held a 60th Anniversary Celebration at Pepper Theo Cafe & Events and the staff, space and food did not disappoint! This was not my first time using Cracked Pepper Catering, nor will it be my last!! Joe Hess and his assistant Jason think of everything and are so accommodating! I received so many compliments on the party, food and venue! Highly recommend!

Pepper Theo provides a beautiful and unique venue as well as delicious food by Cracked Pepper Catering. We celebrated our sons high school graduation and our guest were wowed!Thank you to the entire staff who helped make our celebration so special!

Nice place for a private party. Hard to find as is on a seminary campus. Must park on the street (backin diagonal parking?) I was a guest, so didn't pay.

We hosted a "casual" wedding reception at Pepper Theo this spring. It was exactly what we wanted. The space is authentically unique, with a cozy english-taverny vibe. The team is wonderful, responsive, and helpful. I couldn't relate to friends that stressed about wedding planning, as Joe + team made it so easy. We were provided with what we needed, and were able to bring our own flair and add our own style. The catering was great- and the team advised on what to serve. Guests were so happy and comfortable. We had a 4 person band (with drums!) and the sound was smooth, never once too loud. We're so happy we chose Pepper Theo!

I have been thinking of how to put this into words..... Joe and his team at Pepper Theo are just amazing...Attention to detail is the stand out... The care, love, and energy they put into my sons wedding shows in every photo. 5 STARS is not enough.Thank you all for creating a wonderful day for my family...

Our organization has worked with PepperTheo for two private work dinners. Each time, the team has been super communicative and professional. Their menu allows flexibility for all dietary needs and everyone has gone home after each meal raving about the food. They are great to work with and provide an awesome experience.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were incredibly nice and professional. And I could not stop eating those veggie fritters.

The rice balls, arancini, and a side salad made a delicious lite lunch and my husband loved his chicken meatball sub.

Great place. Excellent eats, superb service. Just go and don't forget your booze
