Wow! The wings were just incredibly delicious. As were the roasted pork belly and short rib tacos. Did I mention that the wings were to die for? The place is spotlessly clean and fresh. The staff was smiling and looked like they were actually enjoying their work --- how often do you see that in a dining establishment? I just got home and I'm kicking myself for not loading up on some carryout wings.

A fusion taco place that was playing Rage Against the Machine when I walked in? YES PLEASE! I was so hoping the food was as good as the atmosphere and I was not disappointed. I had the chicken tacos, as is on the menu and they were delicious. The flavors work well together. The glazed pork belly on the Sonoran flour tortilla was the best taco I've had in a while. The short rib was no slouch either, flavorful with a refreshing pineapple-mint salsa. Cool people running the place, I'll be back to try the rest of the menu for sure
Incredible value to flavor ratio! Get to this place cause it's only a matter of time before they blow up! I had the short rib & I also had the pork belly, both were flavorful, crisped edges, and seasoned perfectly. The short rib comes with nice spicy shishito peppers , and the pork belly with grilled pineapple. Tip Top ? ? 2.5 hour drive from Jersey for a farm trip , now I have to come back for sure for Raw milk & Short Rib w. Shishito peppers !!

Top notch food, friendly staff and ownership, fun branding and decor inside. You have to look for it in Southern market, it's in its own room across from the pizza jawn, but absolutely worth it. We tried chicken tacos, pork belly tacos, wings, all really really good. Not just the chargrilled meat itself (?) but the tortillas, toppings, sauces, plating, everything was done at a high level. Highly recommend, will be back often.
