Put an online order in for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Basic order. Confirmation said 15 minute pick up time. I get there in 20 and staff “missed one of the pizzas” offered no apology or any empathy for waiting an additional 20 minutes. Poor customer service.

Food wasn't what we order or wasn't cut and the employee were very rude when I said something about my order being wrong and wouldn't fix my order tried to tell me that's the order they got until I howed them the order i place and then wanna tell me i have to wait a extra 20 min for my food to b remade and i would have to pay aging next time just go to Dominos where you can atlest get what you order
Horrible service, manager was totally ignorant of how customer service works, She double charged me for the same order and told me to call my credit company to dispute the double charge. Also my order was 15 minutes late so I had to wait even though the delivery was cancelled and I had to pick it up myself. The manager needs to reconsider her choice in careers and perhaps actually listen to customer when providing proof of purchase.

ordered the new Yorker with extra cheese for $2.50 and the first had hardly any cheese so called and got credit the second one was the same way a rip off
