This place is shut. Forever. Business was falling off even before covid-19. If you notice Star buffet is also shut. Finally. Looks like they're going to put a drive-thru coffee place there. I don't know if it will be both properties. We will see.

Would not allow us to eat inside. Said due to being short staffed we had to do take out only. Guess their employees decided to take off for Super Bowl.Not what we wanted to do on our way home from a long trip. There’s no trash can outside so after eating in the car, we asked them if they could throw the bag of trash away and they said drive around to the dumpster and throw it away.

1 Woman working in the store at lunch , making pizza, handling takeout orders, seating,serving, cashier. We ordered a "pan pizza". , crust was flat and chewy. Asked about the crust and she told us they had left it "over proof". She did give us a credit for the pizza. Store carpeting was very dirty looking and worn. Inexcusable that there was only 1 staff member there. She did very well though!.

I never see any customers in here, even during typical busy times of day. It's always completely empty. Food has been ok past few times. Incorrect or missing items prior, though.

Called in a simple order. Got pepperoni pizza instead of plain cheese. When we got there, they knew our order was wrong and said they would make us a new pizza...but who wants to wait for that to happen?!?! (Especially when we ordered other food too) Give 10% off or something bc it was YOUR mistake!!! I work in this industry so I know it's not that difficult to get an order right.

Service here was excellent! Staff was very caring to our needs, and always on point to cater. However, utensils we're all dirty, and the establishment needed a deep clean. Food was what's expected from a commercial Pizza Chain. If you're from NYC, this Pizza doesn't come close to what's considered "good pizza".

Wayted 5 min to get seated, employees passed by me couple of times while i was wayting to be seated and did not even address to me to wayt a little or even cared to ask if i wanted to order here or to go. Last time i was here i did not finish my food and quickly brought over the bills as if asked to leave.

Upon entering the pizza hut there is an old smell to it. Was immediately thrown off but I still gave it a shot. There was one server and 2 tables. The server took about 10 minutes before she came to take the drink order. I asked for sauce and she forgot to bring it over. The pizza was okay. Not the best but not the worst. Another customer came into the restaurant and the server ignored them completely so I watched them walk out. Service was not great. The pizza took over 30 mins to come out despite the restaurant being nearly empty. It wasn't the greatest. If they trained their cooks to cook better and had a better waiter I am sure that this place could improve.

Walked in the door and totally got ignored as the employee was too busy gabbing with a "friend". Was unsure if we order at the counter or if we get waited on - as some places do. Sat down at a table for about 5 minutes as the employee was obnoxiously talking with her "friend". Finally walked up to the counter and the employee took a minute to even acknowledge us and said "sorry I haven't seen my friend in a long time". Dining area tables were filthy. "Friend" that employee was talking to, ended up behind the counter in the back where the kitchen and food prep area is. Given styrofoam plates..cheap place. Staff that doesn't give attention to customers. Dirty floor and tables. Didn't even get our food yet and I am already writing a review. We will see how the food is. Rarely ever give bad reviews. But, wow.
