Mushroom pot pie was very salty
Bread was greasy.
My mushroom ravioli was inedible, undercooked pasta. Mushrooms (looked canned) were splattered on top of the tough undercooked pasta.
The decaf was extremely weak; looked like tea & didn’t taste like coffee.
Waitress was missing in action. Had to have another waitress find her at the bar.
Overall bad experience.

The food at Plough was great, but the service left a lot to be desired. We went between lunch and dinner and were only given a very limited menu without much explanation.

After sinking into overly giving booths that brought the table closer to our shoulders than our elbows, we braced ourselves for the night. Cocktails seemed eclectic on paper but the two I sampled were dull and weak. Opening bread service was welcome but features overly oily rolls and lemon butter with way too much lemon. Salmon dip app was the star of the night - outstanding execution and so yummy. Order to share. Green goddess salad was tasty but drowning in sauce. The mushroom raviolo was very oily (seeing a theme?) and heavy. The frites in the steak frites were outstanding - well-seasoned and crisp. The steak was slathered in a “chimichurri” that tasted like guacamole, which almost ruined the dish entirely. The grilled shrimp was fantastic. Our service was okay - server didn't come by too much but always sounded like he was chewing food when he talked to us. Glad we tried and won't go back.

Went for lunch, small menu but good variation. Beautiful interior and nice location. Service and food were good, but neither were as elevated as I had hoped.

Had an amazing lunch at The Plough in downtown Lancaster. The fish sandwich was perfectly crispy, flaky, and full of flavor — one of the best I've had. The atmosphere is stylish but relaxed, and the service was top-notch. A great spot for a fresh, elevated lunch.

My wife and I had a very nice experience at the Plough. The menu was recently changed so there were many options that interested us. The food was excellent, from appetizer to desert. We very much enjoyed the house made noddle dishes, as this has become somewhat of a scarcity these days. Our server did an outstanding job, very good drink and entree recommendations. We will definitely be back once our travels bring us to the Lancaster area again. Thank you.

Tried this place 2x. Really don't like the food, everything I tried was just eh or very bad. Especially bad was the broccoli and cheese soup , never tasted anything like it before nor do I want to ever again. The service was very nice and the ambiance is nice, but I go to restaurants to eat.

We came here for my mom's birthday! L was our server and was absolutely excellent! The food was delicious and locally sourced. The vibes and ambience were a 10/10. Customer service from the host stand, until we walked out the door was top tier. Strongly recommend going here for your next evening out.

The Plough is located within Marriott and provides a standard dining experience- inviting ambiance and excellent service. We were seated instantly and our food arrived without delay. The food, however, was incredibly mediocre- not bad, but entirely unremarkable. Tomato bisque was chunky and reminded more of a pasta sauce, and bisque suggests a smooth consistency. Hummus was not creamy either but was ok. I know some people really enjoyed the food there and it could be only my experience.

The food was delicious. We got the pork filet and the half chicken, would highly recommend. Our server, Jamie, was fantastic. Overall a great experience.

This place was amazing ... the staff were SO nice from the hostess to the servers... we tried it for lunch as we were in town for Sight & Sound and had to go back for dinner. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing with food choices to please any palate! Keep up the great work!

This was my first time going to Plough and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was excellent, from the ambiance, the service, and especially the food. Everyone in my group loved every bit of food we ordered, and our server was fantastic. He was very attentive and friendly, and gave great recommendations. We loved how quiet the restaurant was which made for a comfortable experience with my group. The charcuterie board was fun for the whole table, my scallops were a healthy portion and so well cooked and tasty, and the chocolate cake for dessert was a must have! I will definitely be recommending Plough to others and coming back in the future!

Food was excellent. Jay was a fantastic host who guided us through our menu selection. My wife is gluten intolerant and Jay did an excellent job confirming which options were best
