One of my favorite stops I love getting to build my own bowl the ingredients are always fresh. My daughter love it too and the fact that they have boba is even better.

I'm giving them five stars across the board since everything I've tried has been delicious... but I have noticed that depending on who is working, there is a fluctuation of how toppings are portioned. But if you ask for another scoop they don't mind. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean when I've been there.

Terrible customer service. the worker at the cash register looked at us and didn’t say hi or anything then my boyfriend ordered and she walked away from him.,. Didn’t even say anything or was really quiet , food is good but portions are SUPER small

Been going for quite a past 10 months. They reduced their portion size drastically and the chicken was super salty. Don’t know if I will be going back

Word got around that this poke bowl caught on fire monday around 11pm towards midnight due to a grease fire from insufficient cleaning. I’m assuming they are going to be closed for a while because the inside is burnt up.
I love this place but I wish they cared more about informing their customers about the changes this location is undergoing as it’s part of the customer service. I planned my whole evening yesterday around getting dinner here and was excited for it but when I got there the place was unexpectedly “temporarily closed due to construction”. I was there very recently and they didn’t have any notice of it coming up posted anywhere. There is no date of when they expect to reopen on the door. It doesn’t appear to be “temporarily closed” online and when I try calling the number linked to their Google profile - it says it’s been disconnected… Not a good look.

My daughter picked up dinner tonight from this restaurant. I have sushi often and love it. I was floored to see dark grey-brown pieces of fish in my bowl. I was scared to eat the rest of the bowl. In the photo you can also see a piece of salmon; it has a long bone in it.

I love this spot the only thing I can’t stand is you guys somehow always forget my sauce. I ask for extra and you don’t put any on at all or none off to the side. That’s mad annoying.

the first time i went here, there was a gentleman that was so kind and patient with me. the next day, i decided to go back & it was a completely different group of people. they made my bowl, complimented my bag, and then i left. when i got to my job, i opened my food and there was a long thick dark hair dangling outside of the bowl. i then invested, and there is a hair ball tangling in the sticky rice. luckily, i work down the road so i drove back & showed them what happened & they were all talking amongst each other. they offered to make me a new bowl, i accepted, because i was just so flabbergasted of what happened. i had such a great experience the first time & this time, was a completely different environment. i am so disappointed & disgusted. i will be sure to let everyone know to be careful of this place. that is a health hazard…
