The manager Mike was amazing just such a caring approach to customer service ! Our waitress Emma was so attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Just all the staff were amazing and welcome🩷the food was very inexpensive (butttttttt) the portion and quality was a 10/10. Well worth the trip from Delaware . Thank you for the experience

Great food, friendly staff. This is our new favorite place to go when we're in the Lancaster area.

I ordered the cheese steak bomb, wound up getting a side of fries that were only a little bit, and the sandwich had no cheese and salt was overbearing. The last time I ordered the food was on point, but my Uber driver was about 2 hours late so the food was room temperature and my 2 liter of soda was warm.

I love primanti bros but this location gives it a bad name. Those wings they served us looked so nasty and was obese.

The first time we went here the Sandwich {corned beef and pastrami) was amazing but this last time the same sandwich was served on very hard toast. The restaurant was gracious and remade the sandwich and gave us a discounted bill. The remade sandwich was better but not great.....still on toast but not cold and hard. I am not sure what the menu write-up is on this sandwich. Maybe read it wrong.... maybe it is supposed to come on toast. I guess I expected it to be grilled.

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. Took forever to seat and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Waiter had no clue what he was doing. We have been to primanti bros plenty of times and know what we order. They brought out the wrong order. We said something and all that they need was slapped coleslaw on the sandwich and left the fries on the side. Save yourself a headache and go to the Hershey or any of the Pittsburgh locations if you want the true primanti bros experience.

Good service and drinks. Loved the 1800 strawberry peach marg. ! Pizzas here are awesome. Had the funnel cake fries for dessert, they took long, so they gave us a gift card for a free sandwich, will definitely be going back.

I visted here on my way back from a concert. It was Mother’s Day a little busy but you couldn’t tell! My server was named Destiny . She was so on the ball any question she knew the answer. The team work here blew my mind in a good way. I’m a server as well so I notice little things. If there was a dirty plate whoever walked by and noticed would take it. The manger is doing a great job on training with team work! I also left my wallet and live 6 hours away . The manager called me today to tell me she would mail it and to call her to let her know I got it . She was extremely nice and talked so good about her staff. Haven’t had an amazing experience like this in a long time. Highly highly recommend!
The food was amazing!
