I always enjoy my meals. They seat us quickly, the food is always tasty even if it's not healthy. I adore the cheese fries. Their loyalty program is good too.Kid-friendliness: When you ask for a kids' menu they give the child a pack of goldfish crackers and crayons with it.
This place gets worse everytime I go here. I was here tonight. Sat down. We looked at our menus. Picked what we wanted. Put down the menus. Went on our phones. We were sitting there for what was probably 20 or 25 minutes and we never saw a waiter. The only waitress I could see was on her phone in the corner.We just got up and walked out. There were only 3 or 4 tables that were seated. This was unbelievably bad. That was the last time I come here.

My son and I went to Primanti Bro's on a Tuesday evening. Firstly, upon arrival, we had to wait to be seated, no one was at the door. So we waited for someone to come and when she did, she actually looked past me and asked a delivery guy if she could help him. I politely interupted and asked her if I may be seated. She was nice and apologized and said she was helping in the back. Anyway, after that; things got better and we were served promptly. I ordered the loaded onion rings and they were really good. My son got the deluxe turkey and bacon tallboy and also really enjoyed that. However, we didn't like the ambiance of the place, it looked antiquated and worn. In conclusion, I will not dine in again, but I liked the food, so I will order take-out, next time.

This was my first time to eat here and I was not impressed at all. I will not say that I won't return and give it another try because everyone has a bad day once In a while.Our waitress was nice, helpful and took our drink orders and we were ready with our meal orders also. She brought our drinks and that was the last time that she visited our table until I flagged her down to get out drinks refilled and a "to go" box. She eventually brought our check and the to go box.My "smash burger" was over done for my taste. The onion being were just OK, nothing special.The atmosphere was fine, not bad, nothing to set it apart from othe sports bar restaurants. The dining room and men's restroom were neat and clean.Over all experience was OK, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get there again.I'd suggest that if you like a sports bar type experience then give it a try- who knows, you might have a great time.
Great happy hour - husband loved hids Reuben! Pizza was OK and deep fried cheesecake burrito was pretty good.

Giving up on takeout from Primanti Bros. in Lancaster. Dine-in is always a good experience, but our last 3 takeout orders were incorrect. Wrong sandwiches, sauces missing, and when we cut into a few of our boneless wings on our most recent order, they were completely raw inside, yikes!
