I called two days prior to make sure they can handle a a large order. Everyone was courteous and polite on the phone. Nick assured me they could handle it. I called back to change something after placing the order. Once again, nothing but great customer service. The order was waiting for us upon arrival. Nick and the staff were once again appreciative and courteous in person. The food was well prepared and delicious. A good day was had by all.

The food was good. The service was terrible. After waiting 24 minutes for my sandwich the first time, they managed to give it to another person and had an attitude that I was upset. After waiting an additional 10minutes the sandwich was good but I come there 3 times a week- I guess they don’t need my money. I’ll take a break and try again after three months. The staff are entitled to have a bad day.

I was expecting the worst but received excellent. Got the chicken cutlet with roasted peppers and mozzarella. Roll was very close to Sarcones which if you know Italian bread, is the best.

Since my last unfavorable review I have returned a couple of times and was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t reach out to the management because I wanted to see if I had just caught them on a bad day. I have gotten cheesesteaks both times and they were excellent. I grew up in Delco and still go there for cheesesteaks but this shop makes an excellent one right here in Lancaster. I will be returning in the near future!

We picked up a Deluxe Tray from PrimoHoagies for a family party, which contained a veggie diablo, soprano, Italian, and a Nonna's Veggie. The veggie diablo especially was a huge hit with our family - they all said it was just the right amount of spicy. The order was ready at our pick-up time and all the hoagies were delicious.

Let me start out by saying the hoagie I got was very good, it was not what I ordered.
I ordered the Mild Italian which is supposed to come with PROSCIUTTO!!! It was plain deli ham, good deli ham but certainly not PROSCIUTTO. What a ripoff!!!
Also, they took the beverage I had and said it was warm, looked as though they got a colder one from the back of the fridge but never put it in my bag!!!
Never again for an overpriced incorrect order!

I've heard that even though Primos is a "Fast food" type hoagie shop they can rival some of the mom & pop delis. Well, not the one in Lancaster Pa! What was handed to me was NOT reflected in the price. The bread to guts ratio was was off. The bread itself looked like it would be on par with let's say something like Liscio's roll, but absolutely was not. Final judgement...... 6.5/10
If I have to settle for a fast food hoagie because I can't get to one of my hot spots, I'll save some money on better quality from Jersey Mikes
