The most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. Went in for a pickup order after a long day at the hospital and waited for around 10 min before any employees acknowledged me there even though there was only myself and one other in the store and two of the employees continuously walked up to the front of the store but were too concerned with flirting with the other employee/customer. When I finally was helped it seemed that it was an inconvenience.I’m all for having a good time at work but at least acknowledge the customers (kindly)…very disappointed

Terrible service. Ordered online and came 15 minutes later. Hadn’t even begun the order. Two teenagers behind the counter just standing there flirting when I walked in. Waited and left with my order, checked in the car and WRONG ORDER. What if I hadn’t opened them before leaving? Had to go back in and waited again, left and they still didn’t do it right. Too much effort to go back. Will not be going back to this location again. Sad because I used to order for my business at this one.

Not just the best hoagie I’ve ever had in Lancaster, but the best hoagie I’ve ever had in my whole life. The bread is amazing and both the portions and quality of the meats are outstanding!

10 dollars for a 6in sub lol..
Half an hour wait for two small subs in an empty restaurant? Absolutely ridiculous when Jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes has it to you in less than 5 minutes. The most frustrating part was seeing employees stand around watching one person actually make the food, I wish there was an option to take my tip back.
Love there subs

I love their Diablo Tina hoagie. Great bread and high grade tuna with lots of heat. You can eat there but I think most people take out.

It is one of the best sandwich places in Lancaster. Their bread is the best in the area, hands down. The crew is always polite and patient. They are never cheap with stuffing your sandwich, and the quality of their cold cuts is awesome.

I called two days prior to make sure they can handle a a large order. Everyone was courteous and polite on the phone. Nick assured me they could handle it. I called back to change something after placing the order. Once again, nothing but great customer service. The order was waiting for us upon arrival. Nick and the staff were once again appreciative and courteous in person. The food was well prepared and delicious. A good day was had by all.
