Excellent sandwich shop. Hoagies, subs, whatever you want to call them, they’re fantastic. My go to is a chicken diablo, primo size, with onions, oil, and vinegar. so good. so spicy. so cutlety. so yummy. food took a few minutes to make, which is fine, I'm not a Karen or an impatient tutu like some of the other commenters who calls the employees lazy because they take the time to make the food right.this is amazing and they should have them eveywhere.

I love these subs. Ordering is sometimes slow and getting your food is sometimes excruciatingly slow, but the bread is amazing. The toppings and quality of food is absurdly good.

True to it's south Philly origins, this is an Italian cold cut, mayonnaise should be banned here. The bread is always the treat, beware of sesame seeds if you are allergic, options available.

I look forward to visiting my parents and getting primos and also around the country when I travel. You expect certain details which brings you back. This time however was a huge disappointment. We ordered a whole sharp Italian and a primo size, long hots, pepper shooters and sweet peppers. The hoagies looked like they were cutting food costs because they skimped on the meat. Horrible because when you pay the price you do for a hoagie you expect it to be consistently good and priced accordingly. This location was better before.

Big “T” Diablo missed the mark tonight. Sandwich was very bland, no spicy kick whatsoever. I think some ingredients were left off.
I'd say their highlight is the seeded roll. This trumps any fast food hoagie chain around. Their toppings selection is perfect. The online ordering did not work and their were complications at checkout. Had to wait 45 minutes for my hoagie. Prices are pretty high... $12 for a 9 inch hoagie that has a small amount of meat.

Primo makes an amazing Italian sandwich. The meats, rolls and accoutrements are high quality and come together really nicely. Highly recommend the sharp Italian!

Poor service and dirty counter. Stale bread, poorly constructed hoagies, long wait attributed to sloppy looking employees chatting amongst themselves and texting. No response from complaint to mgmt. Always frequent Primos in Kennett Square and Wildwood. Wont return to Lancaster.
