Amazing Burrata dish, best I have ever had. Great atmosphere with jazz on First Fridays. Tough to find Spanish and Portuguese white wines in Lancaster, great ones here. Casey was awesome as a server. Come here on a First Friday, you will have a great time. BRAVO, PROOF!!!

Would not recommend. food arriving 20 min before drinks. 30+ min wait for a drink is just ridiculous. . Waiters pay little to no attention. Honestly never had any decent service here.

My husband and I have been to Proof a few times now and are always impressed with the service, food, and drinks. I love that they have GF on their menu as well. We were there last night and ordered a dish that ended up not being able to be made. The team created a somewhat similar dish (lobster instead of scallops) for us. It was delicious! And then they didn’t even charge us for it. This is a A+ team!

This place is really well designed. Very good, relaxed atmosphere and the workers make your experience really nice. They have some of the top bartenders that make your favorite drinks better. I recommend stopping here for a night out.

The atmosphere is very nice here. Medium sized venue under the street of Lancaster City. It is a upscale cocktail bar with excellent food. Nice for a date night or special occasion or even just a after work cocktail. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates some of the finer things. l and appreciates spending more to get more. Will definitely be back regularly.

One of Downtown Lancaster’s BEST kept secrets. Such an amazing/elegant/groovy combination of vibes. Stopped in for dessert and an Irish coffee and it was delicious! Seating and presentation is well spaced and acoustics allow for great conversation. Top notch staff that’s incredibly talented in this one of kind atmosphere in the city!

Seems to be a great place to sit and have a drink. We went for dinner, got seated right away, and decided to order drinks and a charcuterie board first. It took some time to receive the charcuterie board, and still no drinks. Drinks came about 25 - 30 min later and were not great. We paid our bill and went elsewhere for dinner.

Was in town a few days last week and ran into this gem.
I'm not sure how I missed this place in my past travels.
Knowledgeable bartenders who know the right way to make any drink you may desire.
You can sit at the bar and watch, or sit at a nice mix of booths, hi tops, and a few tables.
Great small plate meals-we had the Lobster Roll and a French Dip Sandwich which was more than enough for 2.
One of the best stocked bars I've been to in a while, which included some fantastic wine selections as well.
I plan on coming back next time through.
It was a pleasure that I look forward to experiencing again!
