I placed a mobile order. The app didn't give me the choice of shredded or cotija cheese, so when they were assembling the burrito I asked if they'd put some cotija on it. I was misheard and they put tortilla strips on it instead. But my bigger gripe was I went for a fountain drink and they had diet Coke instead of regular Coke under the Coke slot. I didn't notice until I had walked down to the food court.

It's better to order the food online on the website, then going in physically to order as my opinion.

This was our second time going to a QDOBA. We were giving it a second chance after getting food poisoning from the one in York. They made our burritos wrong twice! They also didn’t have a working soda fountain. On top of that we found a piece of a jalapeño with the stem still attached. The attention to detail is lacking and the restaurant seemed very dark and dismal. One burrito was not supposed to have beans on it and when they put beans on it and I told them that they proceeded to just wipe the beans off into the garbage. When stating my wife won’t eat it if it tastes like beans they wiped the rice off and when I asked to remake it all they said “why it didn’t touch the tortilla” I said the liquid from the beans did and then they remade it. So much for the “all-good guarantee”

Staff Motivation! I stood in line and watched 3 people ready to order (and first of line...ie ready to order, just walk out service was so slow and in their case not happening it at. (IE 10 minutes) I stood there 4th in the line.

You have to stop this tipping for carry out. Either pay them enough you don't need to or fold up shop. I feel like a heal when they look at my zero tip for carryout. I even got an eye role from checkout today. Sorry do your job correctly, and I might.

___ Follow-up. Customer support responded quickly to my concerns and brought up the issues local to the location I referenced. Looking forward to giving it another shot. Thank you,

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Park City, Lancaster PA location today. I placed a mobile order and arrived on time to pick it up. I stood directly next to the register, in full view of staff, for over 20 minutes. Not a single employee acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or even made eye contact.

After standing there ignored, I found out my order had been sitting ready, under the counter, the entire time. It was never put out, and no one bothered to mention it, despite clearly seeing me waiting.

This level of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. A mobile order should not take longer than ordering in person. The entire point is convenience, and this was anything but.

Frankly, this experience has made me question whether I’ll return to QDOBA again.

Second time the rice was uncooked (not al-dente, hard.) My bowl was also very watery and unflavored likely due to the rice as it made up about 70% of the bowl. I also found a small string of plastic in my food? It's not that deep and I still ate by bowl; I just figured I'd throw that in. Place is very well cooled in the summer and also very clean. Staff is always polite and courteous and the portions are great. I'm generally unbothered, just figured I'd give the feedback for future improvements.

This location cant be beat. The food is always fresh and hot unlike the competitors. The gentleman, David and Anthony, were friendly and polite and our chicken bowls were awesome (glad nango salsa is back too!!)

Has a horrible burrito. There were five people “working” but only one doing anything. All others were on their phone. The one who made my burrito appeared to be on his first day and had to ask many questions of those who were on their phones. I got the black beans and they were hard and tough as if they weren’t soaked overnight. It was just bad.

Every time I visit this place, they’re always on time. David, the General Manager, is fantastic. The food is always fresh and they treat their customers really well.

When I first came into the store, there was only one person in line. I waited, and no one came out to make anything or speak to me (no employees in sight except the woman at the register), so I figured I needed to place my order with her. I get there, and she says I have to order from someone earlier in the line. Who… wasn’t there, and was only then coming out of the back room. I had to go to the back of the line, which now had ~15 people in it, and wait 20 minutes to finally order, because I was ignored.
Listen, I hate ragging on employees, but I feel like the people working in this location weren’t trained appropriately. The food was good, but not good enough that I can recommend visiting.

Sunday 04/06/2025. Hours say open at 10:30am, but I show up at 10:45am to locked doors. I did knock multiple times. Employees are blatantly ignoring customers at the door.
