My friend and I decided to get some drinks in Lancaster this past Wednesday night. We were a bit bored where we were so we decided to check out QSB. When we arrived, we were barely greeted. There was a guy who apparently didn’t know what he was doing, and when he finally checked us in, he was clearly irritated/ being sarcastic when speaking to us. There was nobody there maybe 1-2 other people, so we went up to the bar and he stated to us that he would be extremely pissed off if we don’t know what we want to drink. Me and my friend looked at eachother and he decided to say that we can come get him at the front door when we finally can decide. And on that note we didn’t say anything, just walked out of the building, and as we did so he thought it would be cool to say “don’t get date raped” . Very strange experience.

Boom. I’ve been here multiple times already. I’ve had management tell me that the cameras do not work efficiently to be in certain areas. I’ve had security tell me there’s no reason to make a report, because nothing will come of it. I’ve been physically assaulted on more than one occasion just trying to go out and have fun completely uninitiated. I’ve had a man physically pick me up. I’ve had my cousin actually be pinched by someone else in the club and management not having anything to go on to be able to take the appropriate action against the specific individuals it has come to my attention at this point that clubbing at this location is unsafe as a woman and personally, I will no longer be attending security seems to just stand at the entrance to look good they don’t really do much in terms of making sure the club dance floor is a safe environment for women to dance or making sure that the environment of the club, as a whole is safe for women in general. I feel like the most important thing I need to point out is that their cameras do not work as management has told me themselves that the cameras do not work when I had brought up a specific situation where my cousin had been assaulted they had told me that camera access was blurry in that location and just to “stay away from it.” as a woman I feel like I need to share this information just to keep other women safe other than the physical atmosphere, the bartenders are amazing if they're not stealing your money to give themselves a tip but other than that horrible..

This is by far the worst club to step foot in. I have been here multiple times and it seems security and management are just there to stand and look pretty. The first instance happened when another individual was harassing my cousin and we were told by management the cameras don’t work that well by the bar so don’t stand there. I ended up going home with a bruise on my arm and nothing was done. The second incident was when another male proceeded to pick up my cousin after she told him not to touch her management and security were not concerned as I had to actually track down management like a crazy person for anyone to listen. As a woman this is not a safe environment. Inebriated or not it is never justified to touch a woman without her consent. With that being said please for the love of god himself do not come here if you’re looking for a safe environment to have fun. If you’re a manager it’s your job to handle situations and be proactive about unwanted touch and disrespect. Why have cameras if they don’t work? God forbid something serious happens, there’s no footage. Also having a woman in management, you would think you’d be taken seriously. It’s obvious this establishment is more concerned with revenue rather than the safety of their patrons. I digress. The bartenders are cool though, probably the only people who listen.

I got jumped here and the staff/management proceeded to not do anything about it. For the record I was punched inside of the establishment and there was clearly not proper security. Police were contacted multiple times and still nothing happened. This place clearly attracts a certain type of crowd. Better places to go in the city!!

Well after a couple of visits last year I'm not too surprised they have shut the kitchen down and turned it into a night club.Just an fyi night clubs don't last in Lancaster, the police get sick of responding to trouble and night clubs bring troubleSports bar with live music is a better option so I give them until June.

Absolutely terrible service, get to the bar and people who just got there get served first. First and last time I go there. No real hospitality.

AVOID this place at all cost and NEVER pay with your card only use cash and make sure to ask & check for your receipt because they will charge you for drinks you didn’t get and tip themselves.

Bartender made our drinks and then stole money from us by not returning change. Definitely not a misunderstanding and clearly not the first time he did it. When confronting him, he denied it, went to his manager and tried to get us kicked out. We decided to leave it alone. I am coming back only once to identify the bartender and report him to his managers. Unfortunately, I don't think anything will happen.

I highly recommend this place as a potential event space. I booked the upstairs room for my wedding’s after-party. I was offered a few different booking options and all were extremely reasonable compared to some other event places in Lancaster city. Even though it’s not along the main row of bars on King Street, it’s a quick walk from the Mariott. Kayley, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also worked with Tony who knocked it out of the park. He provided a cooler full of beers and pizza for my guests for a very reasonable cost. It was really nice to have a bar in the upstairs area close to the back event room. So many of the guests talked about the after-party and how much they enjoyed the dance floor. I highly recommend reaching out to QSB for a future event.

I highly recommend this place as a potential event space. I was looking at it as a possible wedding reception. I ended up not choosing it because I severely downsized my wedding due to personal decisions.Kayley, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and sweet. They offered a buyout of the entire space for an incredibly reasonable deal. The location and size of this space is UNREAL. They will not nickel and dime you like other venues of the same size. I highly recommend reaching out to QSB for a future event.

Underwhelming for the price point. Decent food, certainly not bad. But if I'm going to spend their prices I want a more interesting menu and way more energy. Was dead when I was there for dinner. I doubt I'll ever come back here, there are way better options in the city.
