We were a large group and our server was fantastic as far as keeping our orders straight! The food itself was so impressive! The soups were delicious and seasoned perfectly, the fish and chips, light and fried to perfection. The fish tacos were outstanding and plenty enough for 2 people. We finished with the stick toffee pudding which was hot and gooey and the best I have ever eaten!
It was mine and my boyfriend’s first time dining here and everything was exactly what I was craving. The sausage roll was hot, crispy, and flaky in the best way. My boyfriend’s only complaint was that the wedge salad was a bit small for sharing, however it was still so fresh and absolutely delicious. I got the Cottage Pie and he had a short rib entree on special, and we were both thrilled with the flavors and portions. It was literally the first time I’ve seen him eat anything...
While the food and the atmosphere was fantastic. The service was a little slow and sporadic. We dined on a Tuesday night and the place was packed. We wait for a table which took about 20 mins. So a worth the wait.
