Restaurant has good lighting and ambience, but the food was rubber.

As for the service the young ditzy girl was slow to bring our apps, and forgot our drinks several times.

Waste of time and money.

I’m glad the alley has a snack shop. We unfortunately went for a dinner date. Not recommended. An appetizer sampler and fried fish sandwich and two beers $55. 😕 food was edible at best. The server was very nice.

Placed order, wife was given wrong kind of wine. Took a long time for food to arrive, wasn't that busy for a Friday night. My son and I both had a burger. Both ordered medium. Both came well done and dry. Was given 2 rings of a slice of onion, the lettuce was limp not fresh. Buns also dry and stale. Onion rings barely warm. My wife had steak salad and said it wasn't bad, that is why they got a two, otherwise I would haven given a one.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Red Pin Bar and Grill. The service was incredibly slow, and it took forever for us to get our food. When it finally arrived, it was just okay—nothing special. Quite expensive for what it was. I won’t be coming back.

Went back again, service was slow, food was good, but the wait for a drink was toooo long.

Had seen the billboard and we were in the area so decided to try it. We were both glad we did! My wife got a wrap with potato twists and I got the fried chicken plate. We both couldn't believe how good they were. Great waitress also. The pretzels are a great added bonus. Can't wait to come back and try other items.

I’ve never experienced such bad service at a restaurant in my life. Staff was not friendly, took me 40 minutes to get a drink after being seated. I will not be going back there, nor will any of the people who were dining with me.

Had a great time at Red Pin. We had two appetizers and had drinks while listened to live music. The bartenders were very friendly and we had a great time chatting with them. The food was platted pretty and filling. The buffalo chicken dip lacked buffalo sauce for my personal liking, but that was an easy fix with some extra on the side. I’m really kicking myself for not trying the desserts; they looked SO GOOD. The white claws were ice cold and my husband’s crown and ginger ale was so good I couldn’t catch a picture of a full glass. We will be back.

I am a frequent customer and love the Red Pin. Excellent menu selections. Some favorites - nachos with philly cheese steak are outstanding. The Cobb Salad is presented the traditional way. All ingredients are fresh and the size is a meal! The tenderloin tip sandwich never disappoints. Very consistent. The complimentary appetizer of warmed pretzel bites with honey mustard is nice treat. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the Red Pin NO LONGER ADDS a SURCHARGE for using a CREDIT CARD. Thank You!
New Bar Manager Maggie is a "keeper." She is focused on customer service with lots of smiles. Becky is also a dedicated manager with great people skills and focused on keeping customers happy.

I eat here a lot. Yes the food is great but more importantly the staff is what makes a business work. As a business owner I know it's hard to keep staff and the Red Pin has had it's share of turnovers after the summer ends. Well Becky the manager of the Entertainment center and oversees the attached Red Pin Restaurant has been there for over 14 years. She even when stressed is a professional. She is always sweet no matter what the conditions are. I truly admire her. The owners know how lucky they are to have her and take care of her. Which brings me to Maggie the new Red Pin manager. She has been there for only 4 months and she lights up everyday when customers walk through the door. She loves her job at the Red Pin and you can tell. She is even more sweet than Becky, if that is possible. She makes me want to come in more often. I can still see the glow in her eyes. Watch out Becky she is a keeper. I have seen manager come and go but this one stands out in the crowd of all Lancaster Restaurants. Maggie you are the best. Oh did I mention the great food. Cheesesteak Nachos a 10, Beef tips a 10, twisted fries a 10, Fish sandwich 9.9. The cobb salad omG, Now for what is the hidden treasure, The world famous crabcake sandwich. During Covid it was the number one takeout every Friday like clock work we were there. AM I A PAID CONTRIBUTOR? NO
I JUST FOUND OUT NO CREDIT CARD FEES.. I hate CC fees.
Try it out and let me know what you think and tell Maggie and Becky Dave said Hi

We were very happy to enjoy the nice outdoor dining area for lunch on a beautiful fall day. I loved the Rockfish Sandwich. It was a bit messy with the slaw on top, but so worth it with the crunchy, flavorful fish and soft brioche bun. Along with a Blue Moon, what's not to like? We also had friendly efficient service as well.

Wife and I enjoyed our lunch at Red Pin grill. The outdoor seating area was nice on an autumn afternoon. The food and service were both very good.

I actually visited here a few weeks ago and thought I left a review but I guess not.
5/5 for this place. The waitress was A+ and the service was fast. We only got appetizers as we were just going out for a drink for our 2-year dating anniversary but the appetizers we got were amazing. We plan on visiting again based on the top notch service and atmosphere.

I recently visited the Red Pin Bar and Grill, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was good, but let’s just say it wasn’t going to win any culinary awards—more like a solid B.

However, the real star of the show was the atmosphere! Picture this: patio tables nestled among vibrant greenery, trees, and plants that make you feel like you’ve stumbled into a secret garden. It’s the perfect spot for a laid-back meal, where you can sip your drink and pretend you’re far away from the hustle and bustle.

The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. So, if you’re in the mood for a nice outdoor setting with decent grub, Red Pin is worth checking out. Just don’t expect fireworks on your plate!
